On snowmobile trail via road or lake. Nicolet National Forest trails just East of location. Snowmobile parking literally outside your door. Large lot with no public view of house. Snowmobile trailer parking. Less than a mile to downtown Eagle River or head East into the National Forest and avoid town. Snowmobile gas on trail couple miles East. Snowmobile rentals couple minutes away (Boat Sport Marina). Less than a block from Eagle River Ice Arena.
20% discount for a 2 person stay or 10% for a 4 person stay: October through March. Inquire before booking and I’ll change the rate before you book.

Featuring1600 Sq.Ft. private home with King Bed in Master Bedroom with a Southern view of the Lake, Queen Bed in 2nd Bedroom and a King Bed in Loft. 2 bath rooms. Full kitchen with cooking utensils and dishware. Home is 7 years old with spacious rooms. Summer; Private pier with electrical power at pier(ask and will be provided) Subtle, sloping water depth on a quiet bay and home is set away from the road... so safer for the kids. Deck with a view of the lake. Just down the road from a free public launch. Roku included in Master Bedroom and in Family room. Fire pit, firewood and gas grill all included. Property is located directly on ATV Trail and snowmobile trails including lake trail within view. Home is Licensed and inspected by local health dept. There is a small strip of sand bar(no rocks or logs) that is 31”deep. Sand bar is 50 yards away from dock. Water is deep again at dock. Please consider your boat limitations.

Host was very communicative. He also had shoveled out places for our snowmobiles and trailer. Cabin was perfect for our group of 5 and was clean and stocked well. Would definitely return.

Epic place to stay. Every morning got to watch the neighborhood deer roam for food. Host responded immediately with any questions I had. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Had an amazing time. Mike was very informative. The house is awesome. Great views. The common area is spacious and great for the whole family. Was a warm & cozy spot even through sub zero temperatures. Highly recommended.

Stayed 6 nights to snowmobile in the area. House was very clean, well stocked, updated and very nice. Located near the lake, up the hill with great views. The upstairs loft bedroom has its own restroom, which provides nice privacy. Great location for a snowmobiling base with lots of great trail options. Host is very helpful and responsive. Hope to be back next winter.

Summer in Eagle River

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found the home to be clean and well stocked for our needs, access to the lake was great. We enjoyed having our coffee every morning on the deck with the vintage outdoor furniture. Would definitely recommend staying here again.

Just as last time, property was perfect for the 4 of us! Only comment is that the sand bar off the dock seems to have shifted as we weren't able to dock our rented pontoon. Hubby and brother-in-law weren't comfortable getting any closer to the boats tied up at the other docks to get around it. Turns out it didn't really matter as we got rained out one of the 2 days, and marina was happy to keep the boat there for us. All in all, other than the rather unpleasant weather, we had a great stay! thank you!

Eagle River Family Trip

This was our first family trip to Eagle River and it did not disappoint. The lake house is beautiful and had plenty of space for our family of 5. We took advantage of the easy lake access and spent hours fishing, swimming, boating, tubing, and paddle boarding. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property!

Girls Getaway

Though we didn't get to really enjoy the whole experience as we were there for a purpose, great house, off the beaten path. Space was never an issue for 6 girls. Even the wildlife was friendly.

Property was beyond what was expected. Beautiful location, extremely clean and comfortable, excellent communication by owner
. I can’t say enough about the entire stay. Wildlife viewing at cabin with deer almost everywhere on property that visited us up close. Dock is private and was a trustworthy tie off for my boat with power available. Chased musky for the entire stay. Made contact with many and put one in the boat (safely released). Very familiar with the area but the owner has materials provided in the cabin with area and lake details for those new to the chain or area. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for the memorable experience!

Perfect location on Catfish

A beautiful secluded property close to town. One of the most comfortable 3 bedroom cabins we’ve stayed in up in Eagle River. Most we’ve found has one room with twin beds which obviously isn’t ideal for 3 couples traveling together. Also 2 bathrooms are a major plus. The only thing we didn’t quite anticipate was how bare the kitchen was. Don’t get me wrong, all the essentials are there and we are NOT complaining. It just made us get creative! :) Thank you for a lovely week!!
