La Hacienda is a one acre home in Mission Texas. Perfect for small gatherings, retreat, vacation, graduations, weddings, or a family getaway. Dining table seats 8 people, kitchen island has 4 bar stools w/great view to the pool. Kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, pot filler, laminate flooring throughout.
Living room #1: has pool table, leather seats recliners, fireplace and smart tv. Living room #2: has 75” TV, surround system and recliners. Plenty of space to park.

This home offers excellent outdoor amenities, including outdoor kitchen, three outdoor restrooms, shower, changing room, an 85” smart TV with Bose speakers, outdoor weatherproof pool table 🎱 spacious parking lot, 3 rectangular outdoor tables, 30 chairs, BBQ grill, outdoor fans, portable ice cooler, and a firepit for your enjoyment.

Swimming pool is 3 and 6 feet deep unheated. Does Not have a safety fence. No lifeguard. Adult needs to be present at all times.
Kids must bring floatings.

Swimming pool is always cleaned and treated with the proper chemicals, and at times it may be slightly dirty due to windy weather. Please adhere to the following rules to avoid any fees 🚨 or issues:

1. Our maximum base rate covers up to 16 guests. An additional fee of $50 per person, per night, applies for each guest over this limit—including children aged 2 and older—regardless of whether they stay overnight. Unauthorized guests, even if they do not spend the night, are also subject to this fee.
2. If you plan to use the pool proper swimwear is required. No cotton, jeans, or regular clothes — this helps keep the water clean and safe.
3. No glass container allowed in pool area.
4. You must bring your own towels. The towels we provide are for indoor use only and may become stained or damaged by pool chemicals such as Clorox.
5. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house, with a $250 cleaning fee violations.
6. Pets are not allowed on furniture; please pick up after your pet. 🐶 🐱🦮🐾 . Failure to pick up after your dog should result in a fine.
7. Guests will be charged a cleaning fee for any cigarette butts left on the ground or aluminum twist-off bottle caps.
8. Avoid using confetti or glitter, and refrain from leaving any party decorations such us: balloons, fireworks, or piñatas leftovers.
9. Do not nail, pin, tape, or fasten decorations to the walls or ceilings.
10. Tampering with internet or cameras is not allowed.
11. Failure to clean outdoor grill or stove after use will result in a $75 fee
12. . Late check-out subject to a $75 per hour after 11:00 AM.

Broken, damage or missing items (e.g. remotes, knives) will incur a $50 replacement.

Additional cleaning fee can be charged if additional clean up is required that goes above the standard cleaning.

No Teen Party Policy

* Please note: We do not allow any type of reservation intended for teenage parties or celebrations, even if booked or supervised by an adult. Past experiences have shown that these types of gatherings often result in rule violations and property damage. Reservations made for this purpose are strictly prohibited and may be subject to cancellation without refund. Our home is located outside the city, near a busy four-lane road. As a result, traffic noise—including occasional loud or fast-moving vehicles—may be heard at times. If you’re seeking a completely quiet and secluded retreat, this may not be the ideal setting.

Additionally, the property is professionally fumigated on a monthly basis. However, due to the natural surroundings and varying seasonal conditions, occasional sightings of insects such as spiders, mosquitoes, scorpions, or other native species may occur. While we take all reasonable measures to manage this, some exposure to nature is to be expected.
