Welcome to Casa Del Camaleon in Selva Romantica. This gated complex is in the heart of the Historic area.
Within walking distance of restaurants, bars, clubs, coffee shops & Los Muerto Beach. This location is great for those who want to experience everything downtown Puerto Vallarta has to offer.

Vacation Condo Amenities
Casa Cameleon offers you everything you need for your stay to be stress-free. The complex offers an incredible infinity pool & jacuzzi that have a 360° view of Puerto Vallarta, from bay to mountainside. Walk through Selva Romantica’s pathways, edged with lush tropical plants and flowers on your way to your unit, the pool and/or gym.

The Condo offers 2 baths, Wi-Fi, TV, plenty of closet space, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for mid to long term rentals! You may also spend your mornings on the condo’s balcony, enjoying the early morning mountainside sunrises.

There are no elevators on the premises. This unit is located on the 3rd floor of a 4 floor building.

The condo was exactly as described in the listing and was the perfect size for a couple to enjoy a nice relaxing time together. David and Breck responded quickly to our questions and we're very accommodating to some scheduling changes we requested. The pool and exercise room met our expectations and the local owners were friendly and helpful. The list of shops, restaurants, bars, convenience stores within walking distance is endless and close proximity to the beach and Malecon made for an awesome and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Great condo in fabulous location

The condo was the perfect size and layout for 2 people. It was wonderful to have so many opening windows to allow a cross breeze and to have fans and air-conditioning when needed. The open air patio out of the sun was wonderful too. We also really appreciated having laundry so we could pack lighter. The complex pool and grounds are an extra treat. We hope to be back to this gem in the city with endless food, drink, bus stops, markets and beach options just outside your door.

Romantica.

The condo was very good. Kitchen good and bed comfortable. Noise level ok except from 7:30 till 10:00 pm each evening. A band was playing so loudly impossible to sleep or read. Even the upstairs neighbor yelled to turn it down. Hurricane Lydia also was abit scary but we survived without power 2 days. We would stay again despite the unforseen circumstances.
