Vacances paradisiaques dans la zone romantique

Le condo est parfaitement bien situĂ©, la cuisine trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e malgrĂ© l’absence d’un lave vaisselle. Le four Ă  gaz ne semble pas possĂ©der d’allumeur, alors nous n’étions pas Ă  l’aise pour l’utiliser. L’utilisation d’un briquet Ă©tait requis pour utiliser les fonds. L’entretien ( changement de serviettes, linge Ă  vaisselle, le mĂ©nage et la sortie des ordures) est omniprĂ©sent. La vue est tout simplement exceptionnelle. Les hĂŽtes, Aaron et Thomas, trĂšs disponibles. Nous revenons l’an prochain.

We thoroughly enjoyed are stay. This Unit is as pictured and in an excellent location with view and all essentials nearby. The Unit was clean, beds comfortable, A/C if needed as there is a great ocean breeze, spoiled by the shower, and well supplied. Aaron was very informative of the unit and suggestions to make your stay ideal. Lastly the Host was responsive in one very minor need and resolved the request. Would highly recommend.

SituĂ© au cƓur de la vieille ville, tout est Ă  proximitĂ© de marche ou de bus.Les salles de bain ainsi que la cuisine ont Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©es.Cuisine trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, il ne manquait qu’un ouvre bouteille de vin.Il n’y avait pas de sac Ă  ordures, nous avons dĂ» en acheter.Les condiments y Ă©taient.La communication Ă©tait 10/10 avec Aaron.C’était la deuxiĂšme fois que nous rĂ©servions le 408.L’eau de la piscine bien chaude! 88 degrĂ©s.

Just stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. Aaron was very fast and responsive, the staff were nice and helpful and the noise from the restaurant down below wasn’t bad at all. In fact you can barely hear it with the doors closed and the air on. I will definitely be staying here again.

This property’s location defied expectations in the BEST possible ways. The view (and sound of the crashing Pacific Ocean waves) cannot be adequately described in pictures or words on the description. We will stay here EVERY time we go to PV.

Unfortunately due to a family emergency we had to cancel our vacation to Puerto Vallarta. Aaron was very kind to us through our difficult time and we so look forward to being able to book this gorgeous unit in the near future, enyoying all PV has to offer, as well as to meeting Aaron.

Our stay was fantastic and we would definitely return. The service from the front desk, maintenance and housekeeping was great. The area is amazing for shopping, food and beverages. The pool is incredible. Views are stunning. We would certainly return to this property.

Ocean views and everything within walking distance

This was a prime spot with unobstructed views of the ocean (great for spotting whales!), direct beach access and within walking distance to everything you need. Walk right out onto the main boardwalk!Condo was comfortable, airy, and had everything we needed. Bed was pretty firm, could use a foam topper. Loved having the beach chairs and umbrella. The staff were very nice. Secure entry was comforting as well.The pool was nice, though we preferred the beach. Would be nice to have a hot tub.Sitting on the balcony was super enjoyable, watching whales and sunsets, and hearing saxophone music in the evening.There is street noice and music almost all day and evening, so be aware if that’s not your jam (pun intended :) ). It is part of being in Zona Romantica.The property manager was very responsive and friendly. Overall great stay and would stay again!

Best view balcony in Puerto Vallarta

Everything about this location is perfect. This is our second stay here. We spent many hours on the balcony. You can see the pier. Best people watching location. It was great to hear our favorite saxophonist, Rubin, playing songs that we all know, every day. We even saw a breached whale. Perfect location to walk all of Puerto Vallarta every day. Just a few blocks from the pier and slightly away from the crowds. Next year we will stay twice as long.

Prime Location and Perfect Weather!

We loved our stay in this condo, the location can't be beat and we had great weather. The condo was kept up very clean with updated couches and comfortable beds. There was beautiful artwork that adorned all the walls which gave the place a very Mexican feel. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful VIew

Great condo, perfect area, beautiful view, balcony was awesome for people watching! We had a great stay in the busy Malecon area. We were south of the shopping, dinning area so it was quiet at night. The only disappointment was the pool was closed because it still had a leak from prior repairs earlier in the year. The roof top pool was a gorgeous patio with plenty of lounge chairs and shade if you whished. The view from the roof was spectacular. I whished we could have been able to enjoy it. The condo is nicely furnished with nice art work. The back bedroom is 2 twins that can be made into a king. We asked for it to be set up as a king, it had not been prepared as a king. We thought about moving things around but in the end since we were not staying more than a few nights we left it as separate. There is daily housekeeping that makes the bed and mops the floors and. The young lady that came every day was though and very sweet. You can opt out of this. The condo is well supplied with bath and pool towels, plenty of dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, beach chairs and an umbrella. Love This! I will stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Love this place. Nice condo with a fantastic view. Right in the heart of Romantic Zone with dozens of good restaurants, entertainment and a beautiful beach. Already thinking about booking for next year.

Great location, view, condo!

Clean, well equipped kitchen, friendly, helpful staff, gorgeous views, fireworks—what’s not to love? We’ll be back for more great dinners (helpful guest book and info) loved Archie’s Wok and Burro’s, as always! Pool was clean with fine views, too. Great people-watching patio.

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed everything about this condo. It was very clean, staff was friendly, and the view was great! The rooftop pool was very clean and the perfect temperature! The location is within walking distance to many beach bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Suggestions given by the hosts are definitely on point! We would definitely stay again!

Great getaway

The property was exactly as advertise, could not get a better location, balcony facing the ocean, beautiful sunsets. Condo has everything required for a comfortable vacation. Including beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. 24 hour concierge, Very safe. Will definitely rebook.
