Enjoy and relax at the Historic 1870 EACO Mill, Brick & Timber Building that houses a single private suite. A newly acquired property that has gone through complete renovations. The large two bedroom 1200 sf suite is built inside the historic EACO warehouse. It is very private setting, on three acres of property. Settled on the east bank of Loon Lake. Walking/bike paths around the lakes and to nearby Parks. Walking distance to most quaint shopping and entertainment venues in town.

Exactly what we were looking for. A nice quiet retreat on The Doodlebug Trail next to Loon Lake. There are many parks with birding and walking trails. The Host did a fantastic job with this place. We loved it!

Great place in Waseca! Nice walking path along the lake just steps from the front door.All the comforts of home - The bedrooms are a good size. Really nice to have full size washer and dryer to use (in the large closet of one of the bedrooms.) WiFi was available, great connection and reliable.

The property was very clean and just what I had expected. We were a vendor at BullHead’s Days in Waterville for the weekend. It was close and convenient and very comforting to know we had a nice place to go home to after a long day of working the host even came to our food truck on Friday night and introduced himself to us. Which was nice and he also ate. Thank you Mike Denn. If we come back next year I know where we will be staying. if you get a chance to look this beautiful place up. It’s well worth it!! Property was as listed and very comfortable/cozy, everything was cooled down inside before we arrived and lights on!Beds were so comfortable and very quiet, really no neighbors-the building is historic and brick -no sounds from outside at all.I bit of a struggle to find this on our trip - roads were blocked under construction.We focused on the pictures and the old structures that stick up higher in town & that led us to it, in a round about way.Beautiful walking /biking path (Doodlebug trail) that leads to the next lake- shady and peaks of sun so perfect when it was hot his last week.Great host, Questions were immediately answered, Also portable fire pit and wood stacked up, bbq grill- bring charcoal, two chairs inside- we watched the evening sun go down thru the trees on the lake with a lot of ducks and geese.Waseca has little shops fun to run in and out of and a great Mexican restaurant at the south end of town with ice cream and the fresh fruit popsicles - kiwi strawberry was fabulousTi Mis Flores I believe was the name If you need relaxation this is the perfect spot! Great laundry set up. Large bedrooms. Nice TV’s. Very roomy and well furnished. Could use a better dining table set up. The pub table in the kitchen is not comfortable for older people. They did have very comfortable fold up outdoor chairs and a fold out table for extra seating at mealtime.

Native to Waseca, Mike & Mark spent many years looking at purchasing a unique property to invest in the future of their home town. They found this amazing property with historical significance on the east bank of Loon Lake. It was an added bonus that there was a residential space established in the old 1870 Historic Brick and Timber building. It just needed a bit of vision & creativity to bring it to a place, where many can now enjoy.

3 acres, in town. Next to a peaceful lake, (electric motors only).
Walking and biking trails nearby. Close proximity (walking distance) to many restaurants, brewery & entertainment venues.

Currently, this is the only Rental Suite available on this large property.
The large 1200 sf suite was constructed inside a very large, quiet building, due to having 1 foot deep brick walls.
This property also has over 150 feet of undisturbed lakeshore.
