Lovely 3-bedroom condo with Penthouse Views

Relax at this beautiful and peaceful condo overlooking the views of San Juan, and where your family will be close to everything. This centrally-located condo is just 6 minutes away from Mall of San Juan and 8 minutes to SJU airport.

The space consist in three bedrooms, two of them with Queen beds and one of two twin beds. There are AC units in each bedroom, living room with smart TV and great views. One full bathroom and a full kitchen. The complex has a basketball court and kids playground.

Awesome!

The apt was gorgeous we felt like we were home! Extremely clean & neat the beds were comfy! Everything was near by, even a supermarket walking distance. In front there were ppl selling natural juices they were delicious! My daughter, niece and myself had a great time!

this place wasn't bad at all only stayed one night nice and spacious and clean...in the morning went to breakfast to a rhe Jungle Cafe which was nearby we also visited old San Juan which was just 12mins away.....

Room with a view.

This place has a great view of the city and it gave us a feeling of being home. Very clean but getting into the facility and up to the penthouse took a little patience.

Great place for short stay

Awesome view, clean comfy place, free parking. We arrived in the dark during rain, the road leading to the condo entrance is a bit tricky to find, but GPS takes you right where you need to be. Good instructions from the host

Excellent Penthouse stay

Great VRBO experience! It was great to have excellent views and comfortable surrounds when not out playing! Condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Communication with the owner was always prompt. Would def recommend to friends and family.

Wonderful Penthouse Condo

Very clean, compact condo with beautiful views. Host communication was outstanding and so helpful. Her recommendation for a taxi driver who provided four different rides as well as clear check in information was incredible. Highly recommend this property!

We had a great experience at this Vrbo! It felt home away from home. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. The location is at walking distance from local restaurants and cafes. This property has security guards at all times and is in a safe neighborhood. We will definitely rebook in the future.

Short stay, close to SJU

We only stayed for one night as our final destination was Culebra but I'd stay at this property again if my trip was longer. It's very convenient to the International airport and all the things San Juan has to offer. Being on the top floor with doors that opened was pretty cool... Everything was clean, AC was cool and area seemed safe. The check-in/check-out process was easy and communication was just enough.

Comfortable place near the city

It was a nice place to stay that wasn’t too far from the airport. The beds were comfy, although the ACs were loud. It was clean and comfortable for overnight stays. The view of the city was impressive! The living area got a bit warm in the early evening, but nothing unbearable. The entry area seems a bit sketchy with some broken windows on the first floor, but we didn’t feel unsafe once we were in the building.
