The air conditioning system was inspected shortly before your arrival and was functioning properly. We also verified it again after your departure and found it to be working normally. Throughout your stay, we remained available and responsive, and you had direct access to our contact information. Unfortunately, no concerns regarding the air conditioning were communicated to us during your stay, which prevented us from having the opportunity to assist or troubleshoot in real time. Regarding parking, as stated in the listing, parking is not included with the reservation, and guests are responsible for following the property’s parking guidelines. We understand that unexpected parking fees can be frustrating, but they are outside of our control. We genuinely want our guests to have a positive experience. If there had been any major issue with the accommodation, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address it immediately. In fact, guests who feel a property is unsuitable are always encouraged to contact us right away so we can work toward a solution.
