Inaccurate report of street parking. I received a ticket and was informed the property manager should know and should have reported there is No parking 7am to 1pm. I had family from out of state and it is a very inconvenience to get a ticket on vacation. There is no where else to park besides in front of building

Family Vacation

Property was as listed! The space was great for our family vacation, plenty of room for everyone. Location was very close for our visit to the falls, only knock was the next door neighbors smoking marijuana on their porch as our kids tried to sit on our front porch.

Walk to the falls and visitor center

Last minute family stop, pretty convenient to the falls area. It's a little walk, yet not that far. Big rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Easy electronic check in.

Comfortable house

We enjoyed our stay. The house was close to the falls and only a 40 minute drive to the stadium. The beds were super comfortable. The linens and towels all brand new. The house was super clean and the furniture and decor was very sleek and well done. We would definitely stay here again. It was perfect.

Niagara Family Thanksgiving

The property was within 2 miles of Niagara Falls. It was within 5 miles to Cananda. The house was spacious. It was easy to relax & enjoy family time.

Clean, Comfy, Convenient!

Very clean. Large comfortable bedrooms. Proximity to American Falls, casino, a grocery store and Rainbow Bridge (to Canada) was ideal. No problem with on-street parking. Our extended family will stay here again.

Newly renovated, sleeps a lot.

Clean, renovated property. Comfortably slept 4 adults and 6 kids. Could sleep more. Only had 6 spots at the table however. Short distance to local attractions. Overall nice stay. Easy communication with rental company.

Niagra Falls visit

Amazing property. It was modern, clean, and had everything we needed. It was very close to all the attractions but still felt private and not on a main road. Neighborhood was a little older/less well maintained than expected for how nice this property was but we had no issues. Would definitely stay here again with family and friends.

Great location

Overall this is a good place to stay. We enjoyed the closeness to all that the area has and felt safe. The house can hold quite a few people. The kitchen is SMALL and is not very well equipped, there were pots and pans but absolutely no bakeware. There was also no place to store any groceries. The house has had some nice updates. It could use a deep cleaning as well as some window treatments. Many windows had blinds missing and/or no curtains.

Reunion Getaway

My family ( 2 adults, 2 children) and our friends (2 adults, 3 children) stayed for a long weekend. We loved the falls, the Rainbow Bridge, and the parks. The house is extremely spacious and met our needs for the 3 nights. The host was responsive when we needed extra items. The only downside is the town of Niagara Falls itself. It is rundown, boarded up, and borderline eerie. It's a shame that it's not a better place to visit. But the Falls are worth it, and this house worked well!

A nice clean house

We were in town for a short time with a large group and needed a place to stay on relatively short notice. We needed to get in ½ hour early, and they were glad to help us with this. This house was totally renovated and very clean. It was in a reasonable neighborhood a short drive from the State Park and other sights in town. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. The family room was a reasonable size and open to the dining room and kitchen. The only drawback was that there were only 4 chairs around a somewhat small dining room table, so we had to eat in shifts or in the family room. This might have been a bit of a problem if we were staying longer.

Close to Falls

Just ok. House looked clean on the surface but linens didn’t smell fresh. Bathroom sink had something gross looking dripped down the front of the cabinets. Not in a very good area. Lots of run down houses and buildings around. Gas stations nearby are questionable. Lots of homeless and public drug use in the area. Common area feels like a waiting room. Not a cozy feel at all. Falls are close enough to walk to and beautiful but area didn’t feel safe enough to walk. Will definitely visit the Falls again but will not stay in Niagara Falls again.

Comfortably accommodated our group of 10

We had overall a very pleasant experience here. The house itself was quite pretty and beautifully remodeled, 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 of the rooms had an extra twin bed attached to it. It could have had larger pans for cooking/baking since it can accommodate a large group but we made due. The neighborhood the house was in was rather run down and only street parking was available but we didn't have many problems with the exception of a neighbor blocking us in most of one day. The neighbors we did speake to were quite pleasant though. The house is within walking distance to Rainbow Bridge to enter Canada which makes it easy to use the pedestrian walkway to enter Canada. Besides being able to walk into Canada the house is near a very beautiful walling path that will take you down to view Niagra Falls, as well as the various attractions associated with the falls. The owner was very prompt and cordial when responding to any questions we had. While there is no laundry on site they do offer a same day laundry service that was very reasonably priced. Overall we would stay here again.

OK place to sleep in... but no more than that

The positive: The house is big, and includes many beds. The location is quite close to the Falls, and short walking distance to the Aquarium (which is, in itself, a waste of time and money).The negative: In general, the feeling is that the host company doesn't really value the guests as people with needs that came to have a nice vacation. Here are some observations:1. The kitchen is tiny. I read about it in the reviews before booking, but discounted it, thinking people have too much expectations. DO NOT DISCOUNT IT. there's no dishwasher, limited number of everything (plates, cups, utensils), zero room for groceries, absolutely no basics to cook with, store leftovers in, or serve in.2. Dining table is nice -- but sits 6 so prepare to eat in shifts.3. There are 2 bathrooms. In a property that's advertised as sleeping 15 guests, it's a bit of a sad joke. The bathrooms are poorly equipped: a single, half full 3-in-1 bottle. One of the bathrooms didn't even had any shelves in the shower, so the bottle simply lie on the floor, extremely uninvitingly.4. No storage or extras of anything. You need an additional blanket or pillow? You better find an unused bed to grab it from. Ran out of paper towel? Go buy one yourself. The kitchen towel got too wet? Tough luck. Every property I've stayed in before had a closet or some storage I could use to make my stay more convenient. Or fun: most places also offer some board games, or books, or something.

Very clean & nice, but some drawbacks

I rarely do a "long" review on these, but felt this one could use it to better inform others of more details. Pros: -Very clean with a few exceptions -Lots of towels and washrags in bathrooms -Well stocked on TP--8 or 9 rolls for the house -Beds were very comfortable -Property mgmt was quick to respond with need for salting the walk (they left a shovel for us to shovel the snow) -All furniture, fixtures, etc very new and in good shape for the most part -Very close to Niagara Falls and Rainbow Bridge -Great grocery store at the end of the street (Tops) with gas as well -Fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee maker in good order. -Hand soaps in the bathrooms and kitchen -Dish soap in the kitchen -Easy check in/out using keypad lock -Good internet connection in living room. We only used it for the TV and basic phone use, but never had any issues -TV has roku with Disney plus, Paramount streaming, etc. Cons: -Very dirty exhaust vents in both bathrooms--dust clumps almost clogged the entire vent cover -Lots of old crumbs were left in the toaster -Most silverware in the drawer had not been fully cleaned but looked like it had been wiped off before (no dishwasher) -Beds had no mattress cover or allergy cover, just sheets (kind of gross when you think how many people come through) -Pillows were VERY bad, definitely bring your own if you can -Upstairs shower knob will not turn far enough to ever be hot, only warm -Despite what is listed as included, there was not a single garbage bag beyond the one kitchen trash can and the two small bathroom cans. No extras anywhere. -Listing says includes body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We had some of our group fly in and this was NOT the case. There was one sad bottle of "3 in 1 soap/shampoo/conditioner" in each of the bathrooms -Neighborhood is a bit rough. We saw some teenagers yelling and screaming and kicking in the street one day and another day a man who appeared to be extremely inebriated wander out of his home down the middle of the street in mid afternoon. Many homes are condemned/boarded up nearby but look like they used to be nice. -Street parking can be tough when more people are already there and parked--no driveway to park in. If we had more than one car, it would have been difficult. -Sofa leg was broken when we arrived on one of the couches--we informed the mgmt and they said they would pass along to the owner. We never heard anything else, but were able to use the other two couches -Only 1 TV
