1st AirB&B stay

The property was just as pictured, my mom isn’t able to climb a lot of stairs due to a stroke. This stay was perfect it had 2 downstairs bedrooms and bathroom she was able to enjoy her time and be independent.

Overall, good place. Exactly as described and as in photos. Had a constant feeling of humidity inside, which was a little uncomfortable. Also, the floors were sticky from the residue left by the cleaners. Kitchen is an odd setup, but works. Microwave is extremely small and underpowered, so keep that in mind.Location was great, close to everything. However, immediate neighborhood does leave something to be desired. Never had any issues or anything, but coming from out of town, it does leave you a little worried at first. Beds were comfortable, but felt like the mattress should be replaced soon. Showers were kinda small and narrow and the water pressure left something to desired.

The house was just the best. Stunningly clean!The only suggestion to improve the experience is to add hooks in the bathroom to hang the night gown/night dress when showering. There isn't a single hook there. The same in the bedrooms. There is no hook or place to hang the hangers or hold the cloth ware. This will be a big help for others who will use the place in the future.

This house was perfect for our family reunion. Very clean and spacious, exactly what we were looking for. We stayed during the summer, so the top rooms were extremely hot. I contacted the owners about portable fans and they dropped 3 off within hours. The owners are very communicative and responsive. The surrounding houses and neighbor is very sketchy but all in all we were safe and so were the cars. Great distance to everything in Niagara Falls.

Excellent location. Grocery store 3 blocks away. Clean and spacious. Kitchen does not have a dishwasher, and, of course, I'm spoiled. Washed dishes by hand, bought paper plates and ate out. No big deal really. Kitchen equipped for the most part. Needs a baking sheet and some pot holders. Seemed a little pricey but, given the location and July, I would stay there again.

Close to the 51st state border

Stayed at this place with a total of 7 people. Plenty of space. Stairs would be a challenge for “elderly”. Hop skip and a jump away from the great state of Canada

The location to the Falls was great however, the property location/neighborhood left a lot to be desired. Set in the middle of really run down houses - some being boarded up and abandoned, we didn't feel the most safe. While this house itself was clean, there were several holes/poorly patched holes in the walls. This is an old house and the stairs are extremely steep, not the best for elderly or if you have bad knees.A clothes steamer was provided at request but there are absolutely no closets or places to hang your clothes. We were there for a wedding and had dresses/suits to hang and ended up having to use the shower curtain rod. The kitchen is functional but did not have a skillet or the basic things like salt/pepper so take your own if you plan on cooking here.There is plenty of space for large groups. The beds are decent but the pillows are flat as pancakes. Bring your own if possible.There was great communication with the property mgmt company when we needed it.Move this house to a better neighborhood and it would be a 5 star review.

What a great time!

My family and I wanted to take a staycation for the weekend of my youngest daughter's birthday. As locals we are very familiar with the area. As I was looking for the perfect getaway I came across this home. When I tell you everything was great about this place, it's easy to find,in a good location and close to everything. The house is amazing! Very clean and very spacious. The bedrooms were all great and I really enjoyed using the kitchen. As a professional chef it is very important that I have everything I need to create the perfect meals for my family. Although I did have to bring some of my own kitchen utensils everything else was perfect in the kitchen... stove and oven work great and the refrigerator was a decent size so I was able to get all of the food I needed for the weekend without having to worry about space. I definitely have already and will continue to recommend this home. Thank you for allowing us to use your home for the weekend and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

DO NOT STAY HERE IN THE SUMMER

I called on day 2 about the ongoing issue with the air conditioner not reaching the top floor. Despite our conversation, and maintenance coming to change the filters on the unit the situation remained unresolved. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of care and attention to this matter. The unit is way too small for a two story house that has six bedrooms with four of them being inhabitale due to the poor air circulation. As a result of the unacceptable living conditions, everyone staying on the top floor made alternative arrangements and left the property on Friday evening. A day before check out. The lack of preparation for unforeseen weather conditions is simply not acceptable. In addition to the air conditioning issue, we encountered multiple other problems during our stay. Supplies were not adequately stocked, essential items like coffee filters, utensils, towels, and paper towels were missing. The dishware and cookware provided were outdated and in poor condition. The showerhead and toaster were also in need of maintenance. Furthermore, the lack of closet space was unexpected and inconvenient. The customer service we received was extremely disappointing. The individual I spoke with displayed a nonchalant attitude and did not offer any meaningful solutions. We were left with no choice but to seek alternative accommodations due to the lack of concern and care shown by the management. Say here at your own risk!

Very clean and modern home

I would have rated 3.5 stars if possible. This property was very clean and was obviously recently updated with nice modern touches. Upon arrival, we made note and alerted the property manager of a few holes in walls behind the doorknobs (some door stoppers would be useful!) and one of the chairs at the dining table was cracked. A few things to mention for future renters: -the neighboring houses were very dilapidated. Lots of broken windows and trash. Our children were nervous and worried about staying so close to these homes, but we never saw people in them. The house directly behind us was blasting music until after midnight (on a Monday night) and we did call the local police to report (Although this is not the fault of the home, the neighborhood does make a difference when renting a place) -there is only street parking. When booking this home, it sounded as if there was a driveway to park in. This was not the case. -no above cabinets in kitchen to store the food we brought…everything had to be left on the counters. -the house could use a few lamps for low lighting. The overhead lighting is very bright, and in the morning, we would have liked to have natural light, but the windows look directly into the houses next door, which no one was comfortable with, so we kept the curtains drawn, but it was dark in the living room. -The upstairs bathroom window had only a thin curtain, and is situated directly next to the toilet, which was awkward. -the beds were actually very comfortable! We appreciated having all linens supplied to us. -kitchen could use a bigger frying pan. It has only 2 small omelette-sized pans. We had to make breakfast for our whole crew in small batches, scrambling eggs a few at a time and cooking 2 pieces of bacon at a time. -most rental homes we’ve stayed in provide at minimum salt and pepper. I was not expecting to have to buy that myself. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the Falls is what drew us to this house. A quick 5 minute drive to Goat Island, and only 10 minutes to cross the border!
