Perfect place for our extended stay in Florida. The place was clean and well furnished and equipped. The hosts were great and very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay was perfect in every way! Our host could not have been more friendly and the condo itself was immaculate and perfect for the two of us. It was well equipped and was also close to fabulous restaurants, a five minute drive to the beach near the boardwalk and a minute away from Rt. 1. We will definitely be back!

The place was great! Great location! The place was immaculate! Everything we needed was there. Nice pool, near everything and the host Johnny was great! Will definitely stay again!

Great place, great hosts.

This unit was spotlessly clean, very spacious and well appointed. It was completely as expected and totally met our needs. Johnny and Karen were great hosts and responded immediately to any questions we had. We will be renting this property again for our next visit to this area.

We absolutely don't feel like the property was worth the price. There was no dishwasher so we spent precious time washing dishes by hand. Had we know we would have purchased disposable products. It seem to have been renovated but everything done "on the cheap". Only one small piece of rug on the bathroom floor. we had to keep moving it around from the toilet to the shower to the sink. The shower is hard to turn on and squeaks. The faucet in the kitchen only sprays but doesn't stream. The utensils can barely pick up your food. Most things seem from Dollar Store. You can barely turn around in the shower its so small. We never located the pool. The worse part is the neighborhood; dark, secluded and feels very unsafe. The only saving grace is that it was clean and all items needed in the kitchen was provided except for a dishwasher. Also, the host responded to the few messages we sent in a timely manner. The biggest disappointment is that it was advertised as a house and some referred to it in their review as a condo. It is actually a "Triplex". We would not have paid such a high price for it and we definitely will NOT rent there again. It wasn't the worse but, not for US at all. If the proximity to the beach is important to you - go for it!

A Place We Would Return To

My wife and I found your home to be a perfect location for our visit. Exceptionally clean and well appointed in a quiet neighborhood. A place where we could return after a busy day of family visits and fully relax. Thanks for the evident pride you take in this property. We highly recommend it.

Wonderful Experience

The pictures doesn't do this place justice. It was beautiful and clean. It's so close to everything. Johnny and Karen are so nice. They responded immediately when I had questions, from the beginning of the rental process until I left. I will definitely rent from them again.

Great First VRBO Experience

The property was as listed- no surprises- and that was a relief to first timers. We’d certainly consider staying again next time we’re in the neighborhood.

Stayed here for 10 days in March 2026. Arrived late at night and it was dark out. We could not find the number of the unit because it was so dark. It would be helpful if it lit up or had a light above the house number. The unit was clean. It is an older condo but nicely kept. The outside could use some sprucing up. They don’t do much to make it appear nice. The pool area could use an update. There was fake grass around the pool and a big piece of it had lifted up and was hanging into the pool. The next day it had been put back in place but the edges were still sticking up making it a fall hazard. Upon arrival there was plenty of toilet paper and paper towels which was nice. The shower handle was extremely hard to turn on. I did mention that to the owners. The bed was also really squeaky. The area is very convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby. No shopping malls but there is a TJ Maxx and Marshalls. About 15 minutes down the road in Pompano there is Pompano Community Park. It is extremely large. It has pickleball courts, Basketball, Baseball, Kids playground area and much more. It is also close to Boca Raton and only 1/2 hour from Fort Lauderdale Airport. Overall, it is a cute place close to a lot but could use some updating on the outside.
