The place was very nice and convenient. Very accommodating for us. We really appreciate how quickly they got back to us when we had a question. Close to the pier and all the fun things to do there. It’s small but very roomy. Great Stay!

I was very happy with this rental for my week on Ocean Isle Beach. Especially enjoyed my morning coffee on the deck and being able to take long beach walks for the sunrise right across the street. Very clean, kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable. My only glitch was I missed the memo for not supplying bathroom towels and had to leave the beach to buy them at Walmart. Close by are Sunset Beach, where you can walk the flat beach to the famous Kindred Spirit Mailbox and write a note and the Oak Island Lighthouse, where you can climb to the top and soak in the great views. So many great restaurants within a mile to find great fresh seafood. Marcus was great host and always responded to my texts immediately. I look forward to staying here again next year.

Adorable unit, good proximity to public beach access. Pool area was quiet and clean. Check in and out was super easy. We’ve stayed at several units on Ocean Isle and my kids preferred this one over the others.

Great location for a small family

Very nice property! Clean and close to the beach access. The pool was great. The only knock on the property was the parking situation was very tight if you have an SUV or full-size truck as it can get very crowded. Nice decor and having 2 full bathrooms was great.

Great Stay!

Loved the location and perfect size for two people. Two minute walk to the beach and very close to the main part of the island. Loved everything about the house, but make sure to bring your own towels as they were not included.

Perfect spot

It was so cozy and clean and fit all our needs. Marcus was great an quick to communicate if something was needed. I’ll definitely be coming back to stay again as ocean isle is my favorite place to be!

Can’t express how good this condo is! Super clean on arrival, was perfect for 2 people or even a family of 4! Super close to the beach, parking directly under the condo close to staircase, personal balcony, super great deal! Would love to stay again!

Vacation was good

This property was close to the beach access and had a nice clean pool also. The condo was nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay. It was the complaining from housekeeping afterwards that tainted the memory of the trip. 5 wrappers on the floor is not trashing a place by any means. She swept under the bed and complained about finding trash. Other than this , the trip was nice.

Great place to stay!

My mom and I had a great time at OIB in this condo. It was very clean, and a great size for us. The walk to the beach was short, and the walk to the pool was even shorter :) It was a quite area, and safe. The condo provided everything we could have asked for. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip to OIB.

Perfect for small family

Needed a place to accommodate myself and my two young children. This place was perfect. Very close to the beach, the pool was a nice option to have and laundry was accessible. This place was very clean and comfortable and the ocean was visible from the living room. Game selection was perfect for us. We would love to stay again.

Great Condo!

This is a great little place for a small family. It was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed at for vacation. The beach access is a short walk and the complex is very quiet. The pool was very clean too. The owner was responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!
