Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Check-in and checkout was very easy. Condo was very clean and as advertised. All the amenities were in good condition. We would stay here again. Thanks.

Super convenient location to really enjoy Gruene. We could do outfit changes and drop shopping bags off throughout the day quickly. Didn’t have to use our vehicle once our entire 4 day trip. King bed is huge! Very comfy! Only thing I’d add is a mounted full length mirror somewhere in the space for the girlies who want to see their entire outfit, boots and all!

Host was great! Everything was great! The only thing I can say bad is the master bathroom shower head - not good pressure and was not easy to adjust- we tried but was not any better- Love location - would stay there again!

Served its purpose-but don't recommend for 8 people

Overall it served its purpose, however, too much large furniture in such a small space ... sleeps 8 but clearly not enough seats to sit and eat comfortably or gather around and enjoy each others company....Be CAREFUL in the showers... you could fall very easily as there is no grip on the shower flooring and is very slippery!

Vacation!

We stayed the week of the 14th-18th and it was a nice quiet relaxing stay! No you cant hardly see the river from the balcony due to trees but that didnt stop us from jumping in! Our kids loved the pool and I loved the full kitchen! The location was great we could hear all the concerts going on at Gruene Hall. Local to all that was needed close by! Definitely recommend for families! My only per say complaint is the can opener was broken and there wasn't a dust pan for the broom... But very minor details. The company was very nice and us to be at ease in this home away from home!

Location Location Location

Can’t beat the location if you are wanting to explore Gruene. Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and Gruene Hall. The rental was very dirty though - with a thick layer of dust on the top of the cabinets, mirrors, light fixtures and vents. Shower had left of hair on the walls from the prior guests. Also when I wiped the kitchen counters backsplash down it was black. Unfortunate / because the location is amazing.Rental is a little smaller than it appears in the pictures ..but that’s not a deal breaker.

Decent place and great location

I will try to say the same thing I said on the Vacasa site, as this place is managed by them:( First we requested an early check in as we were at the property and could see no one was there cleaning. This was denied. They do not like to communicate via VRBO and wanted us to use their app. It was quiet. Fairly clean

Great lodging for family tubing trip

We were very happy with our lodgings on this family trip to float the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers. We enjoyed being walking distance from Gruene restaurants, shopping, and live music, especially Gruene Hall and the Gruene Grove speakeasy. The room had a nice view of the river glimmering through the trees, and we enjoyed the pool with our kids. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the rooms were spacious.

Great Location and Comfortable

This complex has a lovely location in Gruene with easy parking and walking to everywhere in the area. Loved having pool and river access. Plenty of beds too.

Great location, but needs a lot of TLC

This was our annual girls trip. We love Greune! Unfortunately the Village @Greune didn’t meet our expectations. It is in a great location close to everything, but the exterior and pool need a lot of repairs and updates. We were there 3 days and the pool was never clear and there was loose concrete all over the deck. Management said they would take care of it but it but it was never corrected. We never used the pool again. We choose vacation rentals with pools on purpose and I can say we will never book The Village @ Greune ever again. Amy with Vacasa tried to help us with all the issues. I would give her a 5 star rating for doing her job.

Great Location

This condo is in one of the best locations in Gruene. Easy walk to everything, easy parking, and you have access to the river. The unit was clean and everything was as advertised.
