Wonderful property that is very close to downtown and also close to Lake Colby. Great views and hiking/biking trails. The home was very clean, roomy, and comfortable. We loved everything about our stay!

Great house and beautiful views!

The house was perfect for our family. It was well stocked, comfortable and spacious. The location is conveniently close to town, but just far enough to enjoy the mountain setting. The views and stargazing from the hot tub were our favorite part.

Leaves were at peak. View from The porch of the mountains was outstanding. We biked and kayak for the week. The house was well stocked.

Spectacular Mountain Views

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of room for the four of us. It was very relaxing on the large deck with a beautiful view of the mountains. The hot tub was fun. Property manager was excellent with responding to a couple of questions we had.

Gorgeous views

This house was roomy enough for six adults and a dog. The views are breathtaking off the large deck, and it was nice to have a gas fire pit to add warmth and ambiance. The grounds are spacious, beautiful and quiet. We found a kitchen stocked with everything we needed for food prep during our stay. It wasn't as clean as we had hoped, but all the other amenities made up for that. We would definitely recommend this rental to others.

Everything I was looking for!

Very much enjoyed our stay. The house is just as listed. Plenty of space, plenty of seating. Very well stocked kitchen. I have nothing but positive to say about our stay. I went there to relax & enjoy the beautiful view and that’s exactly what I got. Very nice hot tub too. Would definitely recommend. Host was great at responding within a short time with any questions.

Beautiful and comfortable with awesome view

We stayed here for a family vacation in July 2023. We loved this house: clean, quiet, spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked. An easy drive to local attractions and restaurants. The owner was responsive when we had questions. Things we liked most: -Absolutely gorgeous mountain views from the rear deck - ideal place to dine outdoors or watch a sunset -Free hot tub, propane firepit and BBQ grill for guest use -Extremely well-stocked kitchen with spices, staples and cooking implements -Lots of sitting room, very comfortable furniture, lots of closet space -Window air conditioners in two of the three bedrooms, third bedroom has a box fan -Very quiet and private area, great for stargazing on clear nights Things to know: -Property is on top of a hill with a steep gravel driveway - exercise caution driving up or down, especially in bad weather -The curtains in the bedrooms aren't thick. You'll be woken up by the sunrise.

Amazing house with a beautiful view close to town

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Saranac Lake. The house had everything we needed, was super clean, and the location was perfect. The kitchen was so well stocked with spices, utensils, and everything we needed to cook. The beds and couch were so comfy - better than ours at home. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 and our lab. The yard was spacious and we saw deer walk through every day. The hot tub was perfect and lovely to use after a day of hiking or shopping. The only thing missing for us was comfy outdoor furniture but we made do with what was there and appreciated the view regardless. The owner was super responsive and helpful as well. There are many breweries and shops within 30 minutes of the house. Out fav was Blue Line Brewery. Lake Placid is about a 20 minute drive and has an amazing main street with shops and restaurants. We went zip lining at a place called Experience Outdoors that was awesome. Highly recommend this house and the area.

Couldn’t ask for a nicer view!

Absolutely breathtaking view! House was very clean and had ample supplies. Updated and very very nice! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the family of deer that liked to visit. Would recommend to others for sure!

Excellent house with views and location!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house has gorgeous Mountain Views, is in a great location with lots to do nearby, close to nice small towns of Saranac and Lake Placid. Great, comfortable house!
