This serene studio on 2 acres features an open-concept layout, modern furnishings, as well as an organic vegetable and flower garden, fruit trees, blueberry bushes and a fire pit.

The Romantic Garden Studio is not just a place to stay; it's a sanctuary to relax and rejuvenate. Whether you're exploring the artistic charm of Asheville or simply enjoying the tranquility of our spacious property, we invite you to make our home your temporary haven. Your host will not be on the property but will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

Rural mountain neighborhood with easy access to town.

Please park in the driveway on the right. Space on the left is for upstairs guests.

Our spacious and functional studio features a luxurious king size bed with soft cotton sheets and warm cozy pillows to give you the best nights sleep ever!

Cute kitchenette can accommodate your basics.

Retro couch with coffee table works great as a workstation on the go or a comfortable place to unwind.

From Asheville:
* Take I-240 W to NC 63 W (New Leicester Highway) go 4/3 mi
* Turn Right on Martin Branch Road .3 mi
* Turn Left to stay on Martin Branch Road (it's easy to miss it the first time) .6 mi
* Slight Left onto Gibbs Road
* Destination will be on Left .5 mi down

There is an upstairs unit that may be rented out at the same time. Backyard is shared. Please be respectful of others privacy.

Backyard rec house has a corn hole game, dart board, and lawn chairs for your enjoyment. Tether ball is in the fenced field.

There is also a bistro table and chairs in the veggie garden, a charming place for a picnic!

Loved this little place

Overall this suited our needs and was cute and comfortable. I would definitely book again, if in the area. I don't think the listing stated that it didn't have a TV, but unless I am just an airhead, it doesn't have one. It was no big deal for us as we were on the run most of the time. But just something to note. The check in process was fairly easy, but the initial instructions didn't include the lockbox info so I had to reach out. We were about an hour early for check in so I am not sure if I would have gotten that info, close to check in time. Again, no big deal but something to note. And one comment for the host, is that when exiting the driveway, you can't hardly see around a bush/tree on the right side so it was a bit nerve wrecking to pull out. Maybe a mirror across the road to be able to see oncoming traffic better? I saw that somewhere else up there. I know the locals will be flying around them corners like its nothing so it just made me a little nervous. All in all.... I would DEFINITELY book again. It was a cute little place. No real 'complaints' from me. It was very scenic and a beautiful spot. Thank you!!!!

Our stay was fabulous!! It had Everything we needed, the views are spectacular, our host Jen was kind, helpful and a pleasure! It is a great location , it’s close to everything you’ll need. Looking forward to returning!!

Perfect place to stay, near everything

The studio is perfect, the views amazing, lovely neighborhood, wonderful host . We had everything we needed an then some! Very clean, smells new! Will definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again. Thank you Jen.
