Centrally located retreat in Louisville! New hottub! Driveway and garage parking

Spacious home in Louisville close to shopping and dining. You can be to any of Louisvilles attractions with a short drive! This home offers 5 bedrooms with 7 beds and 3 full baths. Our dining room table fits 10 comfortably. We have a designated office space if work calls. The family room is huge with plenty of seating and the lower level walk out provides a second family room that has a gaming console and foosball table! We offer a washer and dryer, free to use. The home has a brand new hot tub that fits 6 with a fire pit and outdoor seating. The back yard is fenced in! We have cornhole boards with bags in the garage. The home has been recently renovated and painted with new decor! Shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, angel soft toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent is provided! We would love to host your trip to our beautiful city in our peaceful neighborhood!

Perfect amount of space for our family. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location. The hot tub was a great bonus. The kids enjoyed the toys, arcade game and foosball table.

The rooms were clean, the best part for me was they had two cast iron pans and two stainless steel utensil. Had mostly everything that was expected.

This property was nice; however, we would not stay again because there was a smell to the place that we couldn't really identify. Several of our party members were bothered by it; others didn't mind it.

Vball Tourney Stay

A few of our volleyball families were looking for something other than a hotel for this tournament - this house was a winner. There is plenty of space for lots of people. The bathrooms are a little small but other than that, the space was just what we needed. The girls loved soaking in the hot tub after a long day of playing!

Hosts were very responsive and great! Main level was fantastic! Very spacious and updated bathrooms! Lower level basement had low ceilings and the exit door to hot tub could have done TlC/sweep/scrub, but would definitely stay here again.

Great for a group!

We travelled with a group of teens and moms. It was quiet, comfortable, and easy to gather in this large home. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom in the basement, along with a couch and TV. This made it easy to accommodate sleeping and hanging out. The hot tub is a great addition! Close to grocery, coffee, and fast food restaurants.

Bourbon trail trip

Several military vets getting together for a fun weekend tasting bourbon. Property was perfect for the trail as it was in the middle of all the distilleries and close to downtown. Would stay again.

Perfect for a Group

A group of 8 of us rented this house for the PGA Championship. It was everything we were looking for - plenty of room, close to the airport and downtown, nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to the Louisville area.

Great house!

We stayed with another family, and there was plenty of space for the adults and kids. The kids loved the foosball table and hot tub! The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and there were lots of towels. We loved dinners at the big dining room table!
