Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place!! This home is located in The Hideout a 4 season, recreational community with tons of amenities ALL year round!! Just two hours from NYC and Philadelphia this is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the peek-a-boo lake views!!This home accommodates 10 easily with plenty of space to spread out. Guest of this community will have access to all of the amenities included in their booking.

This stunning and unique 5 bedroom 2.5 bath home offers a grand main floor with windows galore to enjoy the stunning peek-a-boo lake views!! You can walk to Brooks Lake where you can launch a canoe or kayak or take a short 5 minute ride to the main beach/pool/tiki bar/ski hill. The large, updated gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare a wonderful meal for the entire group!! The two-tiered deck offers the perfect amount of shade for enjoying a cup of coffee/tea in the morning, lunch in the afternoon or dinner the evening!! The home is also located on a quiet cut-de-sac. Don't miss out on this unique home!!
****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 6 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.****

Great spot for a friends getawy

Well maintained property with all the amenities. Between the house and the community lakes, you have everything you need for a fun, comfortable group gathering. We also found some nice hikes a short drive away.

Peaceful Time!

This was a wonderful place for my family to go to be on vacation together. My husband and I were joined by some of our adult children, spouses and one grandchild. It was so much fun and very peaceful.

Definitely not a 5 star stay

I’ve rented many properties on VRBO and this is not close to being a good one. Check in process is ridiculous with the amount of information you have to provide. Access code was incorrect. House had many large flies the entire stay. Dated amenities. House Wi-Fi was unusable most of the time with a download speed of around 2Mbps, router is in locked closet so unable to reset. Beds and bedding uncomfortable and cheap.

Hi, Thanks for the feedback. We have no control over the check in process as this is a requirement by both the township rules and the community rules as is stated clearly in the description on the listing. This is a private, gated community therefore there are rules to gaining access that must be followed by both owners and visitors alike. Communication is key and at no time during your stay did you ever mention anything regarding these issues and I spoke to you several times during your stay and each time you said all was well. I have texts to prove this. There were no bugs of any kind in the house at all we were in the house to do a check in check an hour before you arrived and took pictures of everything. Unfortunately, flies are a part of living in the woods near a lake. If they were an issue, you could have called and we would have sent pest control over immediately to see what was going on. I am not sure what you mean by dated amenities as the amenities are part of the community and what is offered by the community That is not a complaint for this home or owner but for the community as a whole. The house wifi is the highest available in the area and there has never been a complaint about it. The router was not locked up in a closet, it was, is, and always has been on a shelf next to the living room TV. Again, communication is key, a simple text to ask would have help you immensely with this. However we have no control over storms that come through the area and affect the wifi, as there were during your stay. I am not sure where you live but I am sure that your wifi becomes unstable during wind and thunder storms. unless your city has a lock on weather proof wifi. I would recommend during your next stay an any one's home, you read the description thoroughly, you ask questions, if there is an issue COMMUNICATE with the host/ property manager who work very diligently to resolve any issue that may arise.
