Bright, open concept townhouse with gorgeous view of downtown Juneau!

Newly updated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse with an amazing view of downtown Juneau and surrounding mountains. Enjoy watching Gastineau Channel for whales and soaring eagles and having a front row seat to the fireworks on the 4th of July!

Located on Douglas Island, 2 miles from downtown Juneau, 9 miles from the airport, and 12 miles from the Mendenhall Glacier.

There is one off-street parking space available directly in front of the garage. There is also ample parking available across the road on Douglas Highway. There is a bus stop located nearby (about a tenth of a mile away).

Please note, Douglas Highway is a busy road and there is road noise during the day and into the evening. If road noise bothers you, this is not the rental for you.

We spent 5 days here and loved it. Very convenient to town yet secluded and quiet. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. The home was super clean and the host left us a few drinks and coffee since we arrived late. The beds were very comfortable and the black out blinds were a huge perk with the early sunrise! The host was responsive to all our questions, checkout was very easy, wi-fi worked great! Highly recommend for anyone wanting a nice place to stay in gorgeous Juneau!

Stunning HarbView across from Downtown!

We had a fantastic stay at this rental property in Juneau with friends. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of downtown and the harbor—absolutely breathtaking! The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making it a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. Plus, being close to restaurants made dining out super convenient. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Juneau!

Luxury on Douglas!

This property is stellar, especially for Juneau. Hosts have provided outstanding bedding & linens, fully equipped kitchen, every small convenience one could possibly need, all in a big, lofty, serenely decorated space. The location could not be better, with stunning views of the channel, quick access to the bridge, bus stop, pub, abd trails and beaches. Our family live all over the U.S., and gathering gere made us feel we were home together for the holidays. Hope we can return in future, we are grateful for the hodpitality here!

Better than expected

This property was more than we expected. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking equipment. The beds are quite comfortable. Clothes washer and dryer are upstairs so there’s no carting clothes around. Bathrooms are clean with nice water pressure. The view is beautiful and when at the home, we were fascinated with the cruise ships coming and going. We spent most days in downtown or on tours, and this was the perfect place to come back to and relax.

The property was very clean, and nicely decorated, We enjoyed the view of downtown Juneau and cruise ships from living room window. Beds were very comfortable and linens were high quality. The property had all the amenities we needed. The property is in a convenient location but parking space was minimal and difficult to navigate. There is noise from the highway, which might bother some guests.

Excellent home away from home.

We were in Juneau for a family wedding. Property was conveniently located and easy to find. Home was clean and comfortable. Bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. Plenty of closet space. Parking was adequate for us. The grill on the patio was a great extra. Host left info on sightseeing, hikes and a map of Juneau that were useful. View across the channel of downtown Juneau, Mt. Robert, and the cruise terminal was very nice, especially from the bedrooms.

Wonderful Visit

The townhouse worked out perfectly for our family of 5 adults. The layout was nice, very clean, and furniture and beds comfortable. We loved the location - just across the bridge from downtown Juneau with a great view of all the cruise ships coming and going across the channel. Allison was extremely helpful, even let us check in early once the home was cleaned. We definitely would stay again.

I moved to Juneau in 2014 from the east coast for a job. I quickly fell in love with Juneau, and decided to make it my permanent home. In 2019 I welcomed my daughter, and in 2021 I convinced my sister to move up to Juneau from the east coast.

My parents decided to buy this townhouse in 2021 in order to come to Juneau more often and for longer visits to spend quality time with their daughters and granddaughter. We decided as a family that when grammy and grandpa are not in town visiting that we would rent it out for short term visitors. We're excited to host you in our home!
