Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire top-floor level, including both apartments, kitchens, living spaces, and seating areas. Onsite luggage storage is available for early arrivals or late departures.

No smoking of any kind near the building (if you do smoke, please smoke near the dumpster to avoid irritating other guests). No firearms on the property.

No glitter in the apartment(s), it is almost impossible to clean and will result in additional cleaning fees.
