The unit was in immaculate condition, spotless and one of the best equipped short term rentals we have experienced (thank you for supplies in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room). It was an easy stroll to downtown restaurants, shopping and tour operators. I would stay again and recommend without any hesitancy.

Nicely refurbished studio apartment downtown over a friendly flower shop. Close enough to everything with a little stroll. Clean and perfectly appointed! It was a great choice for us to stay a few nights before our cruise, to have a little more space than the local hotels and in much nicer condition!

Apartment is a great little hideaway right downtown. Enjoyed the privacy right in the middle of everything. Clean with modern look and feel makes this place a great option.

Very cute and tidy spot, well-decorated, modern, with everything you need. Unfortunately, it was hard to know exactly where to go to find the suite and nothing in any of the info links indicated which one it was (A, B, or C). Thankfully, the flower shop at the front of the building was open to help out!

This is a beautiful apartment, very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s a great location! There’s delicious coffee just a block away and The Sandpiper Cafe is only 1/3 mile away, and a great place for breakfast. It’s very walkable to downtown ( 1 mile from the apartment to the far end of town) and also there’s a bus stop close by. Head up 12th Ave. through the neighborhood to Cope Park. Beautiful views out the window. We loved our stay here. We would highly recommend this apartment!!

The apartment had everything we needed and was a short walk to coffee and downtown. Great location! We also enjoyed visiting the floral shop downstairs. Will definitely consider when returning.

Juneau vacation

Jason’s place was really nice. We arrived about 90 minutes early and Jason stopped by to make sure the cleaning people did a good job. Great for 2 people. An easily 1 mile walk to downtown. We would definitely stay there if we go back to Juneau

New, tastefully decorated, well-supplied, nicely located property. Owner very responsive to questions. Nearby intersection and elementary school noisy when windows are open weekday mornings, but this relatively small flaw pales compared to the many advantages. Would definitely try to stay here again if I come this way! Beautiful, safe neighborhood for walking.

Comfortable and Cute

I enjoyed my stay greatly. The place was well appointed and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Appliances were high end as well. It was in walking distance to a grocery store and the downtown. It was very conveniently located to the downtown shopping and cultural district. I was even able to buy a few snack in the floral shop below.

Just Enough

Clean and totally functional for our stay. We had adequate space, the area was quiet and walkable to all of Juneau. Felt safe. It had a beautiful, well maintained walkway courtyard entry. Host was very helpful and responsive. Didn't have extras to pay for that we didn't need. Perfect for explorers.

Lovely apartment, close to town, impeccably maintained!

This was a perfect spot for us while visiting Juneau. Beautifully decorated and detailed, with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Removed enough from the noise and bustle of downtown, but a short and pleasant walk away. Lovely, quiet, restful, and impeccably maintained. I offer my highest recommendation to future guests!
