The cottage is immaculate and a very short walk to the beach. There were so many amenities, coffee pods, bottled water, a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer etc. Parking onsite us tricky if you have a larger vehicle like a full size truck! Better to drop off your people at the door and circle back around to Lot 1 for an easier experience. The cottage sleeps 6 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms and there is a pull out couch. BUT, the living room is very small. The couch (3 seats) provides the only seating for viewing/watching the TV. We had some challenging weather otherwise we would have been out and about walking the beach! I'd be careful with small children and elders as the spiral staircase can be tricky.We had a couple minor issues that we reported to Jennifer and she responded immediately. Overall, great location, immaculate inside, awesome linen and towels, laundry pods, dish soap, spices, coffee pods, t-bags, and Jennifer was great to work with.

Little cottage by the beach

This little cottage helped us make beautiful memories to bring with us for the rest of our lives. We are definitely going to book it to come back next year and then some... Great experience!

This cottage is stocked with everthing you need and is very spacious. Jen let us know everything we need to know before we arrived. The location of the cottage is close to everthing. My family had a great time at jen's beautiful cottage.

Incredible family vacation get away house

We went for the sea food festival, my family and boyfriend’s family loved the place so much. It wasn’t to far from anything. The neighbors are awesome and very nice, Jen was very good at getting back to me and answering all the questions we had. We would all definitely stay there again

Great property!

The house is adorable! Only issue that wasn’t even an issue really was the uncertainty of knowing if we were in the front residence or back residence when we arrived. Parking for the back property in in between the two houses. Jen was great to answer questions quickly that we had prior to our stay.

The property was as described just on the smaller side. There one parking space and a parking pass (which we were greatful for). We had two seniors with us -one using a walker. Most of the rooms have a large transition bump and first floor bathroom is small and has a step into shower. Fine for most in group, difficult with a walker. Overall it was a nice place to stay at the beach. Short walk to restaurants and boardwalk.

Diamond in the rough

Adorable cottage located at the end of the strip and just a quick walk to the beach. Peaceful, quiet , and very sweet neighbors. The kids (ages 12 and up) were able to comfortably walk back and forth to the shops. The house was small for 2 adults (friends) with 5-6 kids. There was only 1 TV in a very small living room which housed 1 of the double beds but we made it work. The house was well equipped and the property managers were wonderful to work with!
