this in-law suite was completely remodeled with our guest needs in mind..
as you can see in the picture it is very comfortable and spacious for two people. the desk has access to its own ethernet cable along with a very fast high-speed Wi-Fi signal..

Peaceful stay

My husband and I truly enjoyed this location as it was clean, peaceful and close to all locations we needed to go. We will definitely stay here again when the situation arises.

Perfect for our stay

Perfect weekend away from home

Came to Tampa for the weekend to see my girlfriend and this was the perfect place. It was nice and neat, didn’t smell bad or anything. Good location as well, can easily access all main roads.

Spring Training Getaway

Perfect location, clean + comfy + cute studio room. My husband and I visit Tampa every spring to watch the Yankees Spring Training ⚟ and this studio room will be our rental every year moving forward.

On the first night we came their was a homeless women with all of her property outside and at midnight was screaming, the police was called. However the doors, have too much open space and seemed unsafe. Their was barely little seaming on the bottom, there were little wholes where bugs could come in. It was convenient to be close to the airport. If you have trouble sleeping due to noise would not recommend.

Nice place for an active couple

All was very nice. The only recommendation would be to add glasses in addition to the 2 coffee cups, paper towels and dish towel and a couple of extra bath towels. Also, letting the renter know which of the 2 units you're in would help as I had to email to figure it out.
