The M’s Cozy Corner

Enjoy easy access to main highways and most frequently visited places in Tampa Bay. This perfectly located home base is 16 minutes away from the Tampa International Airport, 15 minutes away from Raymond James Stadium, 10 minutes away from Downtown and Armature Works, and 15 minutes away from Bush Gardens!!! Public Bus Stops 4 to 6 minutes walking distance.
Our guest suite is that cozy corner you can come to relax after having fun. Want to have a Romantic Intimate dinner? Bring some steaks, veggies, sausages to cook out on the grill!
The space
Private Guest suite with its own bathroom and private entrance and courtyard.

The space is designed only for guests use.
Other things to note
Our goal is to give you as much privacy as possible. We have a false wall with sound proofing on the door that gives access to the main house. We live in the main house with our 17 year old daughter. It’s possible that coming in and out of the house we get to interact.
If there’s is any uncomfortable noise bothering you, please let me know!
Temperature is also control in the main house. We keep the thermostat at 75 degrees during the day and 71 degrees throughout the night. Feel free to reach out if the temperature is not comfortable enough for you. We will adjust it for you!

Unfortunately the neighborhood is a bit wanting. It’s not near food and shopping, more industrial, which was very loud (booming, thumping) this am. We have small dogs and the neighbor has an Akita (a breed known to be dog aggressive) roaming at large (at times). We needed slightly more kitchen than was there: silverware and maybe plates on which to nuke/at leftovers. Didn’t see any bath towels (but didn’t ask either). On the plus side: easy to find, very cute and comfortable, close to downtown, had a freezer, very clean, beautifully designed.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the historical Ybor City. The place was super clean and comfortable. Communication with Iomara was perfect, she was welcome and give us everything we needed.

I highly recommend this property which was everything and beyond in terms of cleanliness, comfort, coziness and privacy. The space was super cute, very clean and the host was a fantastic communicator! I appreciate the host for working with us when it came to arrival time and was very quick to respond when u had questions! The space was extremely clean and had its own private entrance in the courtyard for maximum privacy! We stayed only the one night but had a smooth check in and check out process!

The neighborhood was horrible. There were ants in the place so I had to keep my luggage locked. They had no regular TV told me to watch it on my phone. The refrigerator made noise all night and at 5 AM. We heard the train go by blowing a whistle like crazy.

Perfect for our weekend stay, Iomara is the perfect host, charming and truly accessible, the room is just right and the bathroom was surprisingly big. So if you are 6’2 like my husband your’ll be very happy.

Very cozy

Will stay here again when in area, host very nice and helpful in dining suggestions for the area. We were able to try two of the restaurants suggested and lived those as well.

Casino Fun

The host was very nice. The post says 3 people can stay in this facility. It was my niece and myself and there was 1 bed. I thought there might be a roll away, love seat pullout, but we had to sleep together. That was a little odd. Where would a 3rd person sleep? 3 in one bed? I don’t think so.
