Rustic Retreat Denton is a cozy one-story home w/a peaceful fenced backyard offering a nice pergola. Fully equipped kitchen to start your day w/healthy breakfast; SS kitchen appliances. Beautyrest plush mattress in master; Sealy in other bedrooms. All queens to offer you a comfortable night rest w/room darkening curtains; TV's in ea. room. Plush bath towels. Fiber Internet; large workdesk. 2-Car Garage w/long driveway. 1 mile to Medical City Denton/Loop 288 Town Shopping Center. Close to UNT.

About
Rustic Retreat Denton is near several major hospitals (1 mile to Medical City Denton/1 mile to Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital - Denton/8.8 mile to Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Denton/10 mile to Medical City Lewisville or Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Flower Mount) The home is also great for traveling working professionals, stay away (but close enough) from messy renovation or ALE repairs, family who want to check out the areas before relocating to Dallas Fort-worth area, wedding attendees, and visiting family or university (UNT/TWU) parents.

Living room has a Samsung  Smart TV; Sony TV in the master bedroom with G-Chromecast TV including APPs like Haystack Live News, Tubi, YouTube etc. Recent addition: Vizio Smart TV in front bedroom; Samsung TV with G-Chromecast to another front bedroom. So there are one TV in the living room, and TVs in each bedroom. Netflix are available for the Living Room and Master Bedrooms' TVs; sorry *no cable TV*.

Newly added leather arm chair to the living room; spare wood dining chairs, and outdoor double glider bench & updated outdoor chairs (not pictured here).

Local bookings are not accepted at this time; NO parties or no illegal/inappropriate activities please. Please NO loud music/gathering in the patio, or extremely loud TV passing quiet hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.). Smokings, vapor smoking, e-cigarettes; pets/cats are not allowed (Sorry we're allergic to cats; small dog occasionally-please 1st reach out for approval if your family are traveling with a small (house trained) dog; kindly do not book w/o approval. Wonderful visit!

We had a great stay. The house is immaculately clean and appealing decorated. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable with very attractive bedding. Kitchen and bathrooms are nicely appointed. The house is well stocked with all amenities. The hosts have given a lot of careful thought to providing for guests and communicate quickly, if you have any questions.

Perfect location

The place was very clean and it was so nice having the tv set to soothing music which helped ease the tension from the drive up. There was plenty of space for the three of us girls and it was so nice that we each had our own room. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and would stay here again. Thank you Jenny and Kay.

Near shopping plaza (Loop 288 & Rayzor Ranch Town Center), and close to UNT/TWU. 1 mile to Medical City Denton, and 10 miles to medical city Lewisville. 7 miles to UNT and 6 miles to TWU; close to 380, approx. 20 miles to PGA, Frisco (Frisco 's surrounding cities are Prosper, McKinney, Allen, Plano, Lewisville etc) Approximately 22 miles from Dallas International Airport.

It's a single story home on a quiet tree lined street. Convenient to I-35, 1 mile to Medical City Denton, and 11 miles to medical city Lewisville, Loop 288 or nearby shopping mall, and close to UNT (about 8 miles via I-35) as well as TWU.
