Welcome to Camp Banks Surfside – stylish modern beach retreat located in the heart of Surfside Beach, TX – just steps to the beach and walking distance to 3 restaurants and the local liquor store! No need to leave paradise if you don’t want to!

Enter the home via the second floor deck into the spacious and light filled open concept living room + dining room. Walking thru the fully appointed kitchen you will find the laundry room with stackable washer+ dryer available for guest use, a full bathroom, and a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed.

The open concept living + dining room concept is bright and filled with natural light. There is seating for 8 at the marble dining table, plus kitchen counter seating for 3. Two large sofas complete the living room. You’ll also have access to our record player and vintage record collection (warning – we love Yacht rock!) The tv console is stocked with an Xbox 360 with games, plus some board games.

Up the somewhat steeper than standard stairs, you will find the primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom. Next to the primary bedroom is a smaller bedroom with two twin beds and its own bathroom.
The home received a complete cosmetic remodel in 2022 and is ready for guests!

There are three Roku TVs located throughout the spaces, but please use your own login credentials (cable TV is not available). The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to whip up a delicious meal. There is also an outdoor dining table to seat 6. Take advantage of the spacious deck. You have your choice between a charcoal grill (please supply your own charcoal) or a Blackstone propane griddle (propane provided). After a long day at the beach, rinse off in our outdoor shower (cold water only) and then cook up a delicious meal to enjoy either at the picnic table on the ground floor or the dining table on the upper deck (with ocean views). A beach cart, beach chairs, and sand toys are provided for guests enjoyment.

Our home is kid friendly - a compact folding booster seat is available for guest use, as well as a folding infant/toddler bathtub (Stokke Flexi Bath Tub). Child dinnerware + cups are also provided

You will also enjoy complimentary high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, waffle maker, and toaster. This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan, and each bedroom has it’s own bathroom.

We have a newly installed whole home water filtration system as well as a drinking water filter at the kitchen sink.
