Welcome to Lazy Bear. Located on the 2nd level of the wonderful Colonial Crest Condominiums which is just about a block off the main Parkway.

Easy walking access to all that Pigeon Forge has to offer.
The Island, Pirates Voyage, Comedy Barn, Paula Deens and many other popular attractions are within just a 5 minute walk.

**NOTE: This unit is located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. You will have one flight of stairs**

Lazy Bear will accommodate up to 4 people comfortably with a king size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Lazy Bear has 1 bathroom with a shower. There is also a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom.
Fully equipped kitchen that has all the essentials for dining in.
Flat screen tvs with cable in both the living room and the bedroom.
There is a stackable washer and dryer as well for your convenience.

No pets are allowed due to owners allergies. No smoking inside condo (there is a designated smoking gazebo located next to the pool).

Nice outdoor swimming pool for those days you just want to relax by the water.

Note: We do have a Ring doorbell which monitors the outside front door and parking lot only. Also, no trailers are allowed in parking lot due to limited amount of parking spaces.
