Welcome to Lazy Bear. Located on the 2nd level of the wonderful Colonial Crest Condominiums which is less than 2 blocks off the main Parkway.

Easy walking access to all that Pigeon Forge has to offer.
The Island, Pirates Voyage, Comedy Barn, Alcatraz museum and many other popular attractions are within just a 5 minute walk.

**NOTE: This unit is located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. You will have one flight of stairs**

Lazy Bear will accommodate up to 4 people comfortably with a king size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Lazy Bear has 1 bathroom with a shower. There is also a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom.
Fully equipped kitchen that has all the essentials for dining in.
Flat screen tvs with cable in both the living room and the bedroom.
There is a stackable washer and dryer as well for your convenience.

No pets are allowed due to owners allergies. No smoking inside condo (there is a designated smoking gazebo located next to the pool).

Nice outdoor swimming pool for those days you just want to relax by the water.

We look forward to having you as our guest!

Note: We do have a Ring doorbell which monitors the outside front door and parking lot only. Also, no trailers are allowed in parking lot due to limited amount of parking spaces.

This place was clean and in a perfect location The only problem we found was half of the outlets didn’t work and the lighting is not very good. Also I would bring a few extra towels. Yes we will absolutely visit here again. We enjoyed our stay.

There was no laundry service the hot tub was nice besides it getting everything wet . We used it once other than that the property was beautiful and convenient

Thanks for your review. Short term rentals do not typically offer laundry services…..that would be something a hotel would offer. Sounds like you didn’t have the jets facing down when turning on and that will cause it to spray outside the tub. Glad you enjoyed your stay at our condo!

The minute you walk into this condo you feel how clean it is! the decor is beautiful and it is so homey...it's exactly how I would love to do my own home. The bathroom is big...I love the shower so much I want to do one just like in at my own house. There were plenty of glasses, mugs, plates, etc. The TVs have prime (at least when I was there). I think the remote in the den needed new batteries, but it still worked well. The bed was comfy and they have at least 3 more pillows you can choose from in the armoire if you don't like the ones on the bed. The only negative...and it is slight because there is a washer/dryer unit in the bedroom....is that there were only 6 towels. I had read that there weren't many, so I took a Tide pod with me and we washed the ones we used. No problem. I use 2 towels..so that's why. We didn't use the tub, but it is nice. The condo unit itself was quiet. The owner was so easy to communicate with. We were there during the Rod Run and there was a roll back truck that was parked in 4 spaces. I messaged her and it was gone the next day. She did the communicating with the HOA and they got it moved. Loved that!!! As for parking, there are enought spaces for 1 car per unit if it's full. OH! There are kids coloring things on top of the frig...how cool! All in all...great stay, beautiful condo. I could live here! We felt so at home the minute we settled in. Thank you so much!!
