NEWLY REMODELED! UNIQUE FLOOR PLAN. Welcome to the perfect getaway. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. You will have 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms sitting on a MASSIVE lot. The home is upgraded throughout. New floors, paint, bathrooms and kitchen and yes including the sink! Enjoy the salty air from the front desk, downstairs bar, or your choice of 2 covered outdoor living areas. Enjoy outdoor activities on 1/3 acre lot. Or enjoy a short walk to the beach. Enjoy the Sun Rise
The space
The space has a totally open floor plan. And it has the most unique plan. The 2 large bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house. There are 2 1/2 bathrooms beautifully decorated. Two bathrooms are upstairs, and one downstairs for rinsing off. The living room has a large theater window. It faces East for a beautiful sunrise, and the downstairs outdoor living areas have a spectacular view of sunset. The picture window has a beautiful view of the property. So you can watch everyone and everything going on. Put up the canopy, start up the pit, cool off some beverages..And enjoy your time at the beach house.

Loved it it was perfect!! The only suggestions- bring extra towels- a few throw away bowls for left overs if you have them- and also laundry detergent! Other than that it was wonderful!

Finding the lock box for the key to get into the house was a bit tricky during check-in, but we eventually found it. The house was tidy and offered ample space for our family of five, along with plenty of amenities. We really enjoyed the large fenced yard, and our little poodle and Shih Tzu were thrilled to have the freedom to run around in it.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is just a few blocks from the beach, has a big fenced in yard that the dogs and kids loved and provided plenty of space for our family. The house is pretty stocked with the things you need for your stay as well. Checking in was a breeze and communicating with the owner was very easy. We would definitely stay again!

Loved this home. Just a few blocks from beach and great outdoor space. Had anything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meals. Home was clean and beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay there again.

Great beach getaway.

Great stay about a 5 min walk to the beach! Huge yard for the dog, nice porch in shade of afternoon sun, and within a short walk to grocery store and beach bar. Great budget-friendly option at Surfside beach!

A beach house at Surfside

We liked the decor inside the house - full of cute touches. The kitchen had a lot of supplies - I would suggest maybe an electric water kettle? The outdoor deck was nice - we enjoyed hanging out in the hammocks at night. The walk to the beach wasn't too far. Also walkable to Sharkies restaurant. Main bedroom has an window A/C unit, but that was fine for us. There are sitting areas under the house which we didn't use as there were 4 of us staying there, but would be nice if you had more folks with you. Fenced in yard. Recommend!

Not what I expected

This was Nice for smaller group. But not enough room for 10 people. There was 1 cot in each closet. So uncomfortable you couldn’t sleep on those. No one slept on them. And it was a few blocks from the beach. Not as close as I thought.

Clean place and very calm and serene surroundings

The place was just as it was described in the listings. The rooms were very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The owner may have forgotten to put the dishwasher soap but it’s minor compared to everything else that was made available. Mosquitoes were really bad but the owners had warned us about it. Make sure you carry a repellant even during the winter time.

Great location

Had a great time. Place was really clean. The house was decorated nicely and had Halloween decor. Walking distance to bar and grill, store and beach is just a few minutes walk. Highly recommend!!

2023 Surfside Vacation

The house is very cute. We did have A/C issues. Filter appeared to have never been changed so I changed it & it helped some with the cooling. The Host did offer to send maintenance but we wanted to enjoy the beach & didn’t want them showing up & letting my dogs out while we were on the beach. Linens were not in best condition & the rugs were dirty. It really is a cute house with very cute decor. Just needs a little TLC

Wonderful place to stay.

Our family loved this place it’s simple and clean.Everything thing from dishes to towels were provided. Neighborhood is awesome just a short walk to the beach. Property manager was amazingly kind and was there anytime we needed him.

I love the beach!!

The house was very nice. Super clean. The best thing is that it was walking distance to the beach and other locations. The owner was helpful and answered any questions that I asked. Will definitely stay there again.

Mini Family Getaway

The property was perfect for our family. The location is excellent. Just a short walk from the pedestrian beach, little store, and restaurant. The house itself was clean, organized well, and had a great split layout. The kitchen had all the tools needed and appliances were clean. We are happy we chose this house for our little getaway and plan to stay if we return.

Perfect family Weekend

This house was the perfect size & layout for my family with a teenage boy & friend! The fans in living area keep the house cool & feeling great for afternoon naps!! The yard is great for evening game, for sure bring mosquito repellent! The porch is a relaxing area to have coffee’s on & the chairs & swing on lower porch are Perfect for reading & relaxing. The cleanliness of the home was was EXCELLENT. The pictures shown are on point. The location is great for walking or golf cart ride to anywhere you might want to go! I’d very highly recommend this rental, it has everything you might have forgotten
except soap!! Don’t forget soap & shampoo there is no or very little bathroom products BUT the stores are ready for you if you do!!

Excellent Choice

This house is a wonderful place to stay in Surfside. Brad was VERY quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay here again. You are close to the beach , the small store, and anywhere you want to go is just a couple of minutes away.
