Nice house to stay

We spent 2 days at surfside and had wonderful time at the house. Love the patio deck that has a awesome gas grill. Will come back!

Perfect weekend home

It was very relaxing. It has a fenced in yard which was great for my small dog. The home was extremely clean and everything we needed was available. It had a hammock but it was too hot outside to enjoy it.

Weekend Getaway

Nice little getaway house. Host was quick to answer any questions. My son even forgot his baseball cap and they're mailing it to us. Only thing i can honestly complain about is the chiggers!!! Mornings were ok but they were so bad not like the host could do anything about it but thats my only complaint. Location was decent just couple blocks from beachband jetty

It was OKAY

I read previous reviews before booking and I had the same issue as previous clients. The house was pretty clean, but there are a few details that I would do if I owned a property for renting, like replacing old sheets and towels, paint the house, make sure all the utensils and dishes are spotless. Some windows had blinds others none at all and you could see everything from a mile out. Also the smell of old and stored on the sheets and towels was not pleasant, the water from faucets was coming out brown for a couple of days and 1 of the AC broke during our stay, property manager said that they only could come out Thursday. The stay was ok overall, but it could had been much better in my opinion.

Perfect getaway

My family and I needed a place to getaway for the weekend. We wanted to relax and be near the beach. Everything was perfect. We will definitely go there again. I enjoyed it very much.

Our stay was perfect!

Such a pretty comfortable relaxing place to stay. It definitely felt like home. Property mgr was very helpful and friendly. Pets allowed which was very nice!! We will be back!

The beach house was decorated as cute as can be which helped with the whole "beachy" atmosphere. There was plenty of extra bedding had it been needed. Perfect place for 4 people and easily accommodates 6 if needed.

Great Beach house other than beds

This is a good little beach house just a few things that would have made the stay great:) The owner was great with communication! It was very clean and great location. Tge yard was huge and awesome for football! The deck was large with lots of seating! The beds were uncomfortable but nothing that a gel or memory foam topper couldn't fix:) The pillows were extremely hard and/or way to flat.The AC unit in the bedroom next to the bathroom wouldn't work right away and was extremely loud. The fan wouldn't kick on until we tried a few times so we didn't end up using it. I understand this is a rental but after a long day at the beach and in the ocean the beds are extremely important for a restful night sleep:) This is a good property just needs a bit of TLC in the bedrooms:)

House was nice and large fenced yard for my dog was great! In the pics there's a blue shade covering on the deck, but it is not there. House could definitely use another AC unit, updated ceiling fans and blinds for all windows. Living area was warm and bathroom was hot. Larger TV in family room and wifi would be nice. Overall just fine except for fireworks.
