4 Bears Cabin is a fully stocked, family friendly cabin that sleeps 12. Brand new HOT TUB. Game room/bonus room has 70" Smart TV, air hockey and game/card table. Closets are stocked with toys, games, cards, puzzles and yoga mats to keep everyone entertained! 2 King bedrooms on the lower level and a 3rd bedroom upstairs with 4 twins makes it perfect for an extended family gathering or multiple families. New gas fireplace and HOT TUB! (Sorry, no parties. Only registered guests allowed.)

The space:

4 Bears Cabin was acquired from the original builder and newly updated to showcase the beautiful wood details in every room. Remodeled in 2022 with modern finishes and all new appliances, including quartz countertops and hardware. Located minutes from Big Trees State Park and Sierra Foothills Wine Country. The cabin features 3 bedrooms/3 full baths plus bonus/game room and comfortably sleeps 8 with additional bedding for up to 12. The open concept living and dining room is great for cozying up to a movie or hosting a splendid family meal. If you've ever wanted to stay in a "traditional wood cabin" but don't want to "rough it", 4 Bears Cabin is your home away from home!

The kid friendly game room features a 70" TV, air hockey table, and a puzzle/board game closet. A table is available for games, puzzles or a game of cards with the family.

If you have work to do, there are 2 desks in the cabin and high speed WiFi for easy internet access.

The cabin backs to protected forest land with direct access to trails for hiking from the back yard.

Wake up with a cup of coffee or wind down with a glass of wine on the wrap around deck while overlooking protected, forested land. Plenty of deck/patio seating allows for dining and enjoying the outdoors.

Our final additions were a 6 person hot tub and new gas fireplace.

Guest access:

Guests will have access to the entire cabin with the exception of the Owner's Closet and Garage.

Other important information:

4 Bears Cabin can accommodate up to 4 cars in the front parking area. Please contact us if you should need to park additional vehicles.

There are steep hills in the neighborhood including our driveway that will require chains in snowy conditions.

Cell phone service is not strong in all parts of Arnold (Verizon has the best reception). Please make sure to download driving directions prior to arriving as you may not have full GPS service.

Curbside garbage pick up is not available in Arnold and tenants will be responsible for trash disposal. Our cleaning service offers trash pick up for $50 which is an optional add-on for your convenience. Garbage can be easily dropped off at the Avery Transfer Station on your way home. (Bring your ID and booking confirmation for access.) Please message us to arrange for payment for garbage service when booking. Thank you!
