The living room boasts of high ceilings with lovely craftsman style beams opening to the very spacious kitchen with a large center island. The chef in the family will delight in the high-end appliances and gourmet accessories including Nespresso AND Keurig Duo coffee makers, a Ninja blender, 7qt programmable crockpot, electric griddle, mixer, baking essentials and plenty of dishes.

The dining table can comfortably seat 8-10 with seating for 4 more at the island.

The outdoor dining table seats another 8 people and is conveniently located off the kitchen along with the 6-burner stainless steel grill with extra-large cooking surface overlooking the lake.

The living room has plenty of seating to relax and unwind while you wait for dinner to be ready or gather to watch a football game or family movie. We also have some puzzles and many games available for you to play including Sequence, Jenga, Uno, Racko, cards, poker chips and dominoes. French doors open up to the great outdoors and the inviting covered deck is furnished with comfort in mind. Enjoy the gas fire table and watch some TV in the swivel rockers or just enjoy the lake view with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

The outdoor firepit is only a short walk towards the lake and has plenty of seating for making s'mores and making memories.
A lighted pathway leads you to the dock where you can enjoy fishing, swimming, sunbathing, lounging in the hammock chairs or just floating in the water. We provide you with two kayaks, lake tubes, life jackets and swim towels too. There is a short path to our private sandy beach area just off the steps where you can sit and relax or swim back and forth from the dock.

EXTRAS:
Our home has high speed internet (a rarity on the lake) and Direct TV with NFL Ticket! Netflix, YouTube, Apple TV, etc. are available for log in on each TV.

Extra refrigerator in the garage.

A family room in the middle has a cozy sectional, a 75” TV, 12' shuffleboard table, wet bar and French doors that open up to the downstairs patio with more seating and room to play cornhole or tiki toss (both included).

During your stay you may encounter the lawncare team. Due to weather and scheduling changes, we are unable to notify guests prior to their arrival.
