Great property for a large group stay. We had 3 families for Clem parents weekend and everyone had their own space and plenty of room for meals together and hanging outside. Great interaction with property owner - no issues. Recommend this property.

This place was a absolute gem. It had everything you needed for a big family. Such a relaxing place if you want to get away and disconnect from the world. The dock was a favorite watching the boats and fishing was fun! Owner was very responsive and communicated with us as soon as a problem happened. Would go back again anytime!

Plenty to do, a nice beach, dock for fishing and boating. A nice pool and hot tub. Downstairs has pool table for indoor fun. Plenty of room for everyone! Fire pit for s'mores and gatherings. My family had a wonderful time.

Great space and lots of room for all, very comfortable beds and very private but overall, the house could use some love and attention.We were there over the long Labor Day weekend with our family of six to celebrate a landmark anniversary. Location was excellent. Most of us enjoyed the pool and lake, but it wasn’t accessible for elderly seniors. The kitchen and eating areas were perfect, although we wish there were more than two wine glasses!. There were some door handles missing on outside sliding doors, nonfunctional exhaust fan in downstairs bathroom, many curtains/blinds either missing, broken and/or dirty. The screened-in porch could use a good scrubbing and vacuuming. Outdoor furniture was not in great shape. Hot tub water was not very clean. TV in the upstairs living room was an IT nightmare and we spent a lot of time trying to get it to work consistantly. But the most concerning was the wobbly fence next to the gate to the pool near the house and missing latch; the gate could very easily be opened by a child giving them access to the pool. It could be a 5 star place if some work is done.

I stayed at this property while my family and I were in town for my daughter’s graduation from Clemson University. The house is very spacious and provided more than enough room for everyone in our family’s privacy and comfort. Several minor issues arose during our stay, and the homeowner was extremely quick to respond. The setting is peaceful along a beautiful stretch of lakefront and is close enough to the university to provide convenient access. The inground pool is an added bonus and the views from the screened in back porch and the deck are lovely!

The pool is large and the dock was great. 2 nice kayaks with paddles and several other water play items. Plenty of good gathering space: Large dining table and sitting area in family room. Unfortunately the hot tub was too dirty to use. It would be nice to have: more pans that didn’t have peeling non stick surfaces, measuring cups and a crockpot in the kitchen. More outdoor seating would be helpful. If you are using the downstairs rec room as a sleeping area, be aware there is a window with no blinds. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the house could use some overall TLC.

Family Vacation

Our entire family had a great time! We had 12 people and the family area was large enough we didn’t feel crowded when we were all together and plenty of rooms to spread out when we needed our space. We can’t wait to come back!

House was very nice and well equipped. Owner was super responsive. Improvement areas would be to have a railing at the pool for entry and exit, hot tub cover was moldy and only 1/2 of the jets worked( maybe it was the user) and firepit seating was inadequate.All in all the vacation was very enjoyable and the house was very roomy and nice!!!!
