This Lake Hartwell waterfront, six-bedroom home is perfect for family gatherings and get-togethers. Located on a wide cove, this area is perfect for the family who loves water sports. Down the gentle hill, the dock is equipped with a covered slip. A beautiful pontoon boat with 115 hp engine is available to rent (at an additional fee-pontoon not available during winter, December 1- February 28). There is also space on the dock for two additional boats. Two kayaks and a stand-up paddle board are available to explore the lake. Enjoy the beautiful views of the lake from the house while relaxing on the deck.
The modern lake house includes a large living area with a fireplace, hardwood floors, and 65” SmartTV with DirecTV making your game day gathering complete! There is a gaming table/bar, a dart board, as well as board games for the whole family to enjoy.
