Year 4 Gulf Gate Estates with Host Alice

This was our 4th year to stay at a house, hosted by Alice. We do like the Gulf Gate location--with a quiet neighborhood and about 20-25 minute walk to shops, restaurants, and a Publix market. Per usual, we were not disappointed. The house is very clean and comfortable with a very secure fenced in back yard. There are plenty of bath and beach towels. The washing machine is large capacity. For most of the time, it was only my husband and myself, but we did have my 2 daughters and families stay a couple of nights, which worked out great with the extra bedrooms and ample living space. We had one small issue with the gas grill and Alice responded right away and we had new grill grates within 2 days. We hope to return next year.

Perfect in every way

Our stay was perfect from start to finish! Very comfortable, clean & location was just perfect as we were attending the State Swim Meet! We will definitely be back!

Close to the beach!

Alice was very quick responding with questions. We had a great time and would rent here again. She gave a lot of recommendations of restaurants and other things in the area!

3rd year and 3rd House with Host Alice

This is our 3rd year to stay at a house hosted by Alice in the Gulf Gate Estates area. We have come to expect a timely response from the hosts; a clean and well kept house; good location; and well equipped home with nice furniture and newer appliances. We did have one small issue with the AC drain, but this was resolved and attended to quickly. The open concept living area worked well. The fence in the backyard was secure and offered privacy. We could have ridden bikes to the Siesta Key Beach area, but there is a lot of traffic on Stickney Point Road and sidewalks don't allow for a lot of space. I would recommend Ride and Paddle for renting bicycles--they are great to work with. There are 2 Publix grocery stores within a short distance. Overall, a great stay and looking forward to another year with Alice and Dave.

Premier host and location

The property matched the depictions in the listing. The home has many updates, is well equipped, and we enjoyed the large TV in the family room. The five star premier host has given much consideration to provide the guests an enjoyable visit to the area. We fully enjoyed the warm weather and white sand while relaxing at the beautiful Siesta Key beach which is a short drive from the home.

Amazing cozy stay

Great relaxing place! Clean, spacious and very close to everything including the beaches. Property manager very communicative if needed. Made sure the stay is as smooth as it gets and responds in no time if had any questions . It has all you need on a vacation which made it easy for us. 3 rooms are clean and has enough beds for family of 6 to stay without being crowded. The house is updated and feels cozy. For sure I have a place in Sarasota now anytime I visit!

Great house!

We vaccinated in Sarasota with our dog and rented the house for two weeks. Everything about the house was perfect, and we enjoyed every minute. Alice was so very helpful and responsive. We hope to rent again next year.!

Great Location quiet neighborhood

Great location , easy access to the beaches and restaurants. Great area for biking with bike lanes and Legacy trial not too far away. The property was very nice and comfortable. Plenty of room.

Perfect home

We were looking to stay in Sarasota for the month of Feb and found the perfect house. Super clean on inside with a very nice backyard and screened in room. Alice was so responsive if we needed something and the house was layed out perfectly It was spacious and the beds very comfy. We had a dog w us and the fenced in backyard was exactly what we needed. You would be lucky to rent this house from Alice
