Very lovely house with the enclosed patio we really enjoyed. Kitchen is very well equipped and location is great. Our host Evona was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend.

Conveniently located

Privacy for the entire family with 2 kids, we even had beach chair, cooler, high chair and playpen to use, big washer and dryer, tons of towels, good AC, would recommend for a Sarasota/Siesta beach vacation with the family, the only thing I missed from home was a sink garbage disposal, but everything else is exactly as shown in the pictures

Short business/vacation trip

My second time at this house. Met my expectations completely. Great location, close to beach, downtown, and I-75. Host is accessible and responsive. Would stay here again.

Great location.

Nice property. In central location with lots to do. About 10 mins. to the beach and downtown. Adequately provisioned. Would stay again as Sarasota is a fabulous town.Could use a lick of paint here and there and the grounds need attention which would enhance the quality of the outside stay. Generally I was happy with my choice.

House and location

House in excellent shape and location fine. Problem being on siesta drive getting out of the driveway since it is one of the few roads onto the key and therefore busy every day. Also wish that there was better outside space and lounge chairs for the patio. Inside all was fine - comfortable and clean.

What a location!!

Exactly as described. Incredibly close to anything you would want to do. Really nice property. Only con is the beds are a little thin feeling. Not the most comfortable but thats all i could ever see changing here. Overall is a must for any vacation!

Very nice beach house, I recommed it!

I would give it 5 stars without thinking because the house is located just in the right place, it is very cozy, nice, it has all the things you can think you will need while on vacation and maybe a little bit more, it is like feeling at home up to some point. The only negative thing and the reason I'm not giving a 5 stars is because when we arrived at the house we found a big pile of dirty towels and bed sheets on the garage, I'm sure it was not on purpose, but we needed to wash them because we were missing some towels. In general it is a great place and the owner is really friendly and answers you back really fast. I totally recommend it. Jimena Cardozo.

There is a cleaning company which cleans the house and does the laundry between every guest. The towels in the garage must have been an oversight I apologize. I wish the guest had called and I could have gone and personally removed the towels. I hope in the unlikely event, a future guest, has a similar problem they call me so I can meet or even exceed there expectations. I strive for excellence! I am glad you have enjoyed the house.

Comfortable and cozy.

My teenage daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Evona's house. It was in a location convenient to beautiful Siesta Key (a short drive over the North Bridge), and the interior looks like it has recently been updated. The beds were super comfy and it is a cute house. The only downside is that the furnishings are a little sparse in the living room area, and there were no pantry staples, so although we went to the grocery store to get provisions, we realized we didn't have things like salt and pepper or a small amount of olive oil, etc. for when we cooked. A little bit of attention to those kind of details would take this to a 5-star rating, as would the addition of some bikes to use. We had a rental car, but it would have been awesome to be able to bike over to Siesta Key, even if just on clunkers.

Solid unit. Near beach. Can be a much better unit though overall. A little more attention to details

This unit could be so much better. 1.Smoke alarms batteries needed replacement. Bought batteries and left them. 2.Outlet in living room only the top worked 3.Back porch leaked 4.Wet spot over twin bed close to window 5.Bath room fixtures were old and center price broken. Drain was rusted 6.Washer always out of balance no matter size of load 7.Property around the residence was not maintained at all. So much dead leaves. 8.Dining room furniture was ok 9.Ceiling fan in dining room missing a bulb. 10.Beach chairs broken and beach toys already filled with sand 11.Hole behind door in master bedroom 12.It was clean, some cobwebs on the fans and sand. 13.Tiles were chipped all over the unit. Use a little white out and blend it in covers that chip. 14.Close to the beach is a positive 15.Plenty of sheets and towels

Convenient to the Beach, Shopping, and Restaurants

You can't beat the convenience of being close to the beach, but also near the grocery, restaurants, and entertainment. The beach chairs and tent were an extra bonus that made our beach trips even more enjoyable. The screened porch was a nice place to read and drink coffee in the morning.

Our vacation in Sarasota was amazing! Staying at the Shoreland Woods property made everything even better. Nice Place & Location

All in all we had a very nice stay, the only complaints I had was the water pressure in the master bathroom sink was terrible, the living room sofa & love seat were very uncomfortable (the beds were very comfortable) and the door leading to the garage was difficult to open. I still would recommend it, priced right!
