Le spot de vacances ultime! Meilleur jour de la vue et la nuit. tout récemment rénové. # 1509

Cette unité étage a une vue fantastique de Terry Cove et le col de Perdido. Le balcon est un excellent endroit pour sentir l'air salin, et profiter des levers et couchers de soleil impressionnants. La vue est superbe dans la journée, et encore plus spectaculaire la nuit avec toutes les lumiÚres du port / de condo.

Notre belle remodelé 3 chambres, 3 unité de bain dispose de grandes baies vitrées et carrelage partout. Ce condo a un lit king size dans le maßtre, avec baignoire jacuzzi, douche séparée et portes coulissantes sur le balcon. Chambre 2 a un lit queen et salle de bain séparée. Chambre 3 a 2 lits doubles et salle de bain séparée. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec cuisine, salle à manger et ustensiles de service. Il ya aussi un bar avec refroidisseur de vin et vous pouvez connecter à votre ordinateur portable via Wi-Fi si vous le souhaitez.

Les enfants vont adorer le toboggan et tout le monde va profiter flottant sur le «Lazy River». Il ya 2 piscines extérieures et une pataugeoire pour les plus petits. Commodités à l'intérieur comprennent une piscine chauffée, des bains à remous, sauna et salle de fitness. Des courts de tennis et un putting green sont également sur les lieux.

Pour les pĂȘcheurs, il ya une rampe de lancement, la station de nettoyage du poisson et le bateau glisse sont disponibles Ă  la location. Vous trouverez Ă  proximitĂ© des parcs d'attractions et des dauphins vue voyant des excursions en bateau pour les enfants, pĂȘche en haute mer et les terrains de golf immaculĂ©es pour le papa, faire du shopping dans les magasins locaux uniques ou du centre commercial Ă  Foley pour la maman, et bien sĂ»r les miles et des miles de sucre plages de sable blanc qui vous attend. Vie nocturne et gastronomie sont nombreux dans la rĂ©gion Orange Beach.

Meublé et décoré avec votre confort à l'esprit. Vous serez vraiment profiter de votre séjour à Phoenix sur la baie!

Joanne was very easy to work with, both prior to this stay and during. We had never been to Orange Beach or stayed in a condo building so she explained all about the parking ramp and clarified what beds were where, as the pictures were not totally clear. We were late arriving but the front desk was very helpful about the parking pass and wristbands.The condo is very beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice! The view is awesome, and the beds are wonderful. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the appliances all worked properly. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-month stay and are looking forward to returning in 2027!Everything was super clean too!

Great trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed this unit. It was very comfortable, well stocked and clean. The lazy river is so relaxing and we enjoyed fishing on the piers.

Beautiful location

The condo was beautiful and very spacious. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and there’s so much to do at the bay. Would definitely recommend this location and unit to any friends or family looking for a place to go for a fun filled time.

Perfect!

We enjoyed 6 nights in this great condo. We were particularly happy with the 2 full size beds in the 3rd bedroom, which met the needs for the 3 grands 7 and under. Especially the attached bathroom for them. We will definitely try to stay there next year on our traditional stay at POB!

Wonderful Vacation

We had a great stay! We love Phoenix on the Bay and stay there every year. This was the first year for us to stay in this condo, and it was perfect. It is so spacious and, being on the top floor, it is so quiet. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Family Vacation!

Condo was perfect for our group of 8. View of the pool and bay from the balcony was amazing! We always love Phoenix on the Bay, and this condo is now one of our favorites!

Great place to stay!

The stay was wonderful. A few issues but nothing that disturbed our experience and the owner was great in getting them handled! Wish the outdoor pools were heated but the inside pools were, so the little ones were happy! The view is amazing, people were great, spacious, the charcoal grills were nice! Great stay and would stay again!! Recommended!

Excellent host

Our host Joanna was very kind and communicative during our stay. There was an issue with the air conditioning and she immediately called the service company and checked in with me multiple times. The view from the condo is perfect and the beds are nice and comfy. Phoenix on the Bay is a great place for families and a little more low key than the bigger resorts. We had a great stay.

Awesome Family Friendly Condo & Incredible Owner

We could not have asked for a better owner & Condo. The whole family enjoyed the lazy river, water slide, & hot tubs. Great location on the bay with plenty of incredible local restaurants nearby, also only a few minutes from the beach. We will definitely be renting from Joanna in the future. She answered all of our questions with a very quick response, again flawless vacation from start to finish.

The condo was great! The owner is also great! When we had an issue we contacted him On his cell phone and he answered immediately. I highly recommend staying in this unit. Overall beautiful condo

We stay at POB nearly every year and this is the nicest decor we have seen thus far. The biggest downfall was the major technical difficulties in its the televisions. It was far too complicated to get the receivers to work with one bedroom that would not turn on at all. Figuring out certain light switches were on for the tvs to work was a pain, as well as following specific instructions for the remotes in order for the receivers to connect. Also, the balcony electric outlet did not work at all but that was minor for us. Ultimately, we would definitely recommend renting this unit.
