Bienvenue au meilleur des meilleurs à Phoenix on the Bay II. Ce paradis tropical se trouve sur la baie surplombant Terry Cove. Profitez de la vue la plus INCROYABLE depuis le balcon enveloppant. Ce condo, # 2811, est le centre du dernier étage de l'unité de construction .... la meilleure vue que vous pouvez obtenir !!!!

Phoenix on the Bay II offre une multitude de commodités que d'autres stations souhaiteraient avoir ..... Flottez le long de la "Lazy River" ou passez la journée à vous prélasser au bord de la piscine. Les petits adoreront le toboggan aquatique et la piscine pour enfants .... Après une journée de plaisir et de soleil, cuisinez dans le coin barbecue et regardez les bateaux entrer dans la marina. Pêchez sur le quai, profitez de la plage en face de l'immeuble ou lisez simplement dans le "quartier calme" situé juste à côté de la plage .... Le complexe dispose également d'une piscine intérieure chauffée; Jacuzzi; centre de remise en forme ultramoderne et sauna.
Ce 3 chambres / 3. 5 salles de bain est une grande unité spacieuse avec 2342 pieds carrés à apprécier. La cuisine a des appareils en acier inoxydable et est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour faire certains des grands fruits de mer locaux.

La chambre principale a un très grand lit, un coin salon et une grande télévision à écran plat .... Salle de bain privée avec baignoire de jardin à jets et douche en verre

Un demi-bain est situé dans le couloir à côté de la buanderie qui a une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur.

Le très grand salon a un canapé sectionnel, 2 fauteuils inclinables et une immense télévision parfaite pour regarder ces jeux du week-end !!!! Le Wet Bar est parfait pour que vous puissiez préparer vos boissons préférées pendant les matchs. Vous serez entourés de baies vitrées du sol au plafond afin qu'une vue exceptionnelle soit toujours là pour que vous puissiez en profiter ... Les couvre-fenêtres motorisés vous aident lorsque vous voulez un peu d'intimité.

Phoenix on the Bay II est situé à environ 6,4 km du quai qui offre d'excellents magasins, une salle de cinéma et une grande salle de concert en plein air.

Other than a few housekeeping flaws, I enjoyed my stay. The view was nice from the wrap around balcony. All the rooms were accessible to the balcony and they had their own bathroom. It was very spacious. The pools and lazy river were also nice.

Thanksgiving Trip

We loved being on the bay and watching the boats. We were very comfortable and had a wonderful time. It was far less crowded than the beach and the pool was great for our family. We hope to be back next May.

Beautiful, clean condo with the best view!

We loved staying at this property inOrange Beach. We have stayed at Phoenix on the Bay II before but this was our first time at Jodi’s condo. It was spacious, clean and had the best view. We will definitely come back to Jodi’s condo for all our future Orange Beach trips.

Overall good experience. Master bed was not the most confortable matress could be better. Check in and check out was easy. The condo was gorgeous and well maintained and the location was perfect for us. We did expect a water slide for the kids based on the pictures but it has apprently veen removed amd we werent not informed

Visiting family who live near POB II

The property is well kept and the dock and view of the bay is fantastic. The unit was oversized for the two of us but it is very nice. There are areas that could stand a thorough dusting such as the glass shelves over the bar area. I would certainly stay again and would recommend to friends!

Our family of 5 boys and my wife and I love it here.

This is the second year in which we have stayed here. We always get a boat slip so we can also enjoy our boat. We hope to make it 3 next year. I wouldn’t change anything about it.

Great unit!

Booking and instructions from renter were easy and accurate. Checkin was a breeze! Condo was roomy, well stocked, had great closets and bathrooms! Kitchen had everything we needed. Balcony was nice, table paint is chipping and needs to be replaced but otherwise was great! Kids loved the lazy river and pool! Boat slips were convenient and we could see our boats from balcony. Great place to stay!

Very nice Condo

The place was very pretty and comfortable. The kids loved the lazy river and close proximity to the arcade, car track and golfing. We were close to many restaurants and grocery stores. We had no problem with parking and it was quiet. The only improvement that I would suggest is a new mattress for the master bed. Otherwise it was very good.

Enjoyable stay at Phoenix on the Bay II in Orange Beach

No big surprises with this condo as pics and description in VRBO were accurate. Check in was easy and Jodi, our host, was great to work with. She responded quickly when we had questions or concerns with positive outcome. We had family visit several times during our stay and this condo handles 6 people very comfortably. The area has many restaurants within a few miles and more than you could possibly eat at if willing to drive 10 or 15 miles. As with most rentals there are some items that we thought could be improved. While the deck furniture and table are new, they are made of a composite material that are not the most comfortable for just lounging. A couple lounge type chairs would be a good add for soaking up the sun on the deck. We stayed for 6 weeks so ran into a couple issues in the kitchen. The centers of the large frying pans are warped up and food sticks so could stand to be replaced. When family visited we were short on glassware so we bought a couple sets of glass glasses and tumblers. We did leave these in the condo so I think there are plenty now. This is one of the few condos we have rented that had plenty of plates and silverware so that was very nice to see. We visit different areas each winter but if back to Orange Beach we would definitely consider renting this unit again. It's roomy and comfortable with large TVs in living room and bedrooms.
