Half-awake, you roll out of bed to slip on your flip flops that are still sandy from your nighttime beach stroll last night, and you set out by foot to find a sweet breakfast treat or coffee at any of our locally owned breakfast cafes. After fueling up for another day in paradise, you take a few steps to find your toes digging themselves into our famous coquina sand! Cloud Nine is an upstairs seaside luxury condo where you can enjoy an ocean view from the heart of Flagler Beach! This condo is newly updated & decorated to beachy perfection, with an in-depth welcome book that will be waiting to inform & help you make the most of your stay! Flagler Beach is a beautifully unique paradise, and booking your stay here will place you walking distance from our sandy beaches, nature trails, tropical treats, and live local music featured at oceanfront restaurants & beach-style bars. Our island is filled with opportunities for experiencing wildlife, window shopping, dog-friendly areas, & never-ending fun in the sun!! Expect to see golf carts zooming around our eclectic little beach town, gopher tortoises burrowing in the dunes, and even locals hoping to snag a late night treat from Surfside Shakes right next door!

A stay in Unit 9 is truly a stay "on Cloud Nine" :). This gem in Flagler Beach's Plaza Caribe Condominium Complex provides full-access poolside area amenities during your stay! FREE STREET PARKING ONLY is available along all downtown streets. The condo is always replenished with fresh linens waiting for you, no need to bring your own! We also provide houseware, cookware, tableware, and many more essentials for your stay with us- as frequent travelers, we understand the struggle & strive to provide to the highest capacity for all our tenants! We pride ourselves on being highly communicative hosts, so please do not hesitate to reach out to us for anything during your stay :)

This retro town with salty style is nested between St. Augustine & Daytona Beach, miles from Marineland & the Matanzas River Inlet, and approximately an hour from Orlando and NASA's Kennedy Space Center.

Very enjoyable stay. Our first time to Flagler beach but definitely not our last. We loved everything about it other than parking can be a challenge. Our bnb was very clean and the owner was super responsive and easy to get in touch with. I would say this place is more for a couple with 1 child. We stayed with our 2 kids and it was tight. Definitely doable just a little tight. Beach was a very short walk. Place was very centrally located. All in all a great place to stay for a peaceful getaway. See u guys next year!

Martha ands her husband take excellent care of the rental and were immediately available for any questions. Unit was clean and well stocked. Lots of hooks to hang clothes along with a full dresser. Pool was always clean and well taken care of. Roku TV had a lot of channels. You can see the ocean off the deck. Unit is provided with 2 Adirondack Style chairs out side the room to see the pool. Lots of chairs and a couple lounges set up at pool . Shaded and full sun spots. Laundry was very nice with at least 3 washers and dryers. Gated Entrance. Thanks Martha.

Cozy and Great Location

The condo was cozy and comfortable for our family of 3. The beach was easy to get to and we spent our evenings there. The pool was nice as well. The bed was super comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed this property so much. The location was perfect to experience everything Flagler Beach has to offer. Loved the pool, not a big fan of the street parking but it worked. The condo itself was beautiful, would absolutely stay here again

This is a great location within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants.

The property was clean and management very responsive for anything you need. Gated community. We've stayed in the complex twice in less than a year. We'll be back!

My husband & I are Flagler Beach locals, and can often be spotted zooming around the island via golf cart or scooters! We have two daughters who both work locally right here on the island during their summers. Family fun for us looks like time spent together, camping trips, and of course being knee deep in the saltwater, somewhere ♪♫. We love living here so much that we wanted to create opportunities for others to enjoy a comfortable and accommodating visit to our unique paradise!
