A four-bedroom, three-bath cabin for 10 in Incline Village, with a private hot tub, a deck with a grill, and peek-a-boo lake views.



Two miles to Lake Tahoe and three miles to Diamond Peak Ski Resort - a true four-season base.



Private beach access is available some weekends. Ask us directly for details.



The Space:

Three storeys with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows - room for multi-generational families or a group of friends.



Four bedrooms: a king, two queens, a full bunk, plus a pullout bed in the loft.



Open-concept living area with a fireplace, family-style dining table, three smart TVs, and a loft with games.



Fully equipped kitchen: granite counters, breakfast bar, stainless appliances, Keurig, toaster, knife set, and cooking basics.



Outside: a spacious deck with an outdoor dining table, private hot tub, gas grill, and a balcony off the primary bedroom.



Linens and towels, washer/dryer, central heat, ceiling fans, and toiletries provided. Free WiFi.



Driveway parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is not allowed.



Central heating, no AC. Evenings cool down enough to open the windows.



Guest Access:

Automated door locks! Every guest will have their own unique access code specific to their reservation. This ensures security and privacy.



Last-minute and same-day bookings are welcome as check-in instructions will automatically be sent at booking confirmation.



The Neighborhood:

Please note that the backyard borders Mount Rose Highway (431), so light sleepers might occasionally hear passing cars. However, the backyard is spacious, and most guests find that the traffic noise is minimal and not disruptive.

No pets.
