Outdoor area:

Includes multiple, spacious beautiful seating areas, dining area, outdoor sink and refrigerator, bbq grill, fire pit and large outdoor TV to enjoy a nice dinner outside while basking in Florida's impressive sunset in the ambience of of the lush green, tropical palm and coconut trees.

Also includes a salt water pool with water sprinklers and sun loungers to give you the full tropical experience. Please let us know if you would like the pool heated 48 hours before your stay for a fee of $50 per day.

Covered Patio has a large electronic screen wall that can be operated via a remote.

We are 5 minutes from I-95, 441 and Hard Rock Casino, Yellow Green Farmers Market, restaurants and TY Park. We are 10 minutes from FLL airport, Florida Turnpike, shopping, racetrack and the beaches. We are 30 minutes from Miami International Airport, downtown Miami, Bal Harbor Shops and Surfside.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive use of the whole property for their entire stay, including the breathtaking outdoor areas.

Free parking is available on the property for four vehicles.

We please ask that our guests clean up after they finish using the BBQ. There is no fee for using it, but if the grill is not cleaned, we will charge a $50.00 fee.

The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 9 p.m - No parties or events allowed.

No smoking inside the house. Fines up to $750.00 for violating house rules.

Please do not remove remotes from their designated locations. There will be a $25 charge for lost remotes.

SECURITY CAMERAS

Please note that there are security cameras covering the outside areas of the property. They are used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of our guests and property.

All doors are equipped with child alarms and can be activated and deactivated as needed.

POOL HEATER:

If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior to arrival for a $50 fee per day.

BUGS & CRITTERS:

Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

KOSHER:

The home is located in the heart of the Jewish community, located 500ft from Young Israel, 10 min walk to Bnei Sefardim, Aish and 15 min from Chabad. Many kosher restaurants and grocery stores within a 5 min drive.
