The space
It’s fun here! Modern design, with warm blends of mid-century mod furniture and whimsical touches. The overall vibe is colorful, airy, and bright, offering retro family games. There’s a 58" TV in the living space with popular streaming channels, full washer and dryer, and quiet back bedrooms for deep sleeping on a brand-new pillow top mattress.

In terms of R&R, there is 1 Queen Bed in the primary bedroom and 2 Full Size Beds in the secondary bedroom. There is also a Full-Size Futon Bed in the living room.

You will have everything you need in the apartment to be comfortable for two days or one month. Stocked kitchen with everything to cook a feast or eat in.

Very close to the best of The Magic City. Conveniently located in the heart of Bham's revitalized Northside, walking distance to James Beard awarded restaurants, Railroad Park, Sloss Furnaces, the Civil Rights District, Museum of Art, Uptown Entertainment District, Protective Stadium and much more. Truly a walker’s paradise with a 93 Walk Score, daily errands do not require a car.

Guest access
Coded building entry and free gated parking is one block away. One parking card is available for guest. On- Street Parking is available as well but can be busy at nights and on weekends.

Other things to note:
The closest grocery store Publix Downtown is a 15 min walk or short bike ride. The post office is 3 blocks away and the Birmingham International Airport is less than six miles away.

On nights and weekends the atmosphere can be vibrant as the building consists of both residential and commercial units on the ground level. Music and street noise may be heard from surrounding bars and businesses. On street parking can be challenging during these times but each guest will receive a parking card to the gated parking lot one block from the unit.
