Beautiful & Extra Large Loft with 2 King Suites

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located building in the heart of Birmingham. This is two lofts with an adjoining door that allows for extra space and privacy for you during your stay. They are combined with an adjoining door between them.

The first loft has one bedroom with a king size bed and a full en-suite bathroom. This loft also features a lofted bedroom with a queen size bed located above the kitchen with stair access. The second full bathroom is located on the main floor along with the kitchen and living space. The living room has one sleeper sofa with linens and pillows provided. This loft also has it's own laundry room and access to the parking garage where one parking spot is assigned to the loft.

Parking restrictions should be listed in the vrbo ad. The a/c vent in the upstairs loft above the bed was covered in layers of dust.

Beautiful lofts in the heart of downtown Birmingham. My friends and I absolutely loved this spot. Walking distance to great coffee and food, the garage to park in was a huge plus. Very happy with this stay and highly recommend you choose to book if you're on the fence.

Short Trip

Booked this for a teenager birthday who was going to new ampitheater for a concert. Location is good - right across from alabama theater. Very good kitchen - with all the extras - trash bags, toilet paper, etc. Beds were super comfortable Would stay here again - the only drawback is parking. There is room for one small car in garage (key word - small) Then parking in paid lot next door. Paid parking was a pain due to not being able to book more than 12 hours at a time. I wish it was a 24 hour lot. Or that the condo came with paid parking for a larger vehicle. but nice place, very well maintained.

One week family stay

Great experience. Lovely loft and condo. Thoughtful touches by property owner. Almost everything we needed was already stocked. The only surprise was that the loft is next to a bar. You can only hear the people and music if someone is sleeping on the sofa bed. Otherwise, the brick walls block out all sounds everywhere else in the condo. Would stay here again.

Amazing Stay

The lofts were very clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, toilet paper, and paper towels. The location was perfect with lots of family friendly things to do and restaurants within walking distance.

We had plenty of room. Wonderful, safe location central to everything. Perfect place to stay in downtown Bham.

Visited Birmingham for a birthday and Bowl Game. Easy walk to stadium. Many restaurants in walking distance. Comfortable. Well furnished. Large living spaces. One assigned garage parking space very convenient.
