Created for slow mornings, meaningful gatherings, and beautifully restful stays, the cottage was intentionally designed to feel warm, layered, and deeply welcoming - the kind of place where coffee lingers a little longer, evenings gather naturally around the firepit, and time together feels slower in the best possible way.

Inside, guests will find cozy luxury throughout with spaces designed for both connection and retreat. The home features a warm and inviting living room, a moody movie and game room with bar area, a quiet wallpapered reading room filled with morning light, and thoughtfully designed bedrooms layered with soft textures and restful details.

The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, eat-in dining, and everything needed for shared meals and relaxed weekends away. Outdoors, enjoy sunset views from the wraparound porch, fireside evenings under open skies, outdoor dining, peaceful meadow surroundings, and the feeling of being tucked away in nature while still conveniently close to Nashville, Franklin, Murfreesboro, and Arrington Vineyards.

The property also includes a beautifully raw and versatile barn and covered pavilion space with café lights, open gathering areas, and meadow views, adding even more room to slow down and enjoy the property together.

Whether you’re planning a girls weekend, family getaway, restorative retreat, creative escape, or simply looking for a beautiful place to reconnect, Arrington Meadows was created to help people gather well and savor time together.

Arrington Meadows is designed to feel peaceful and private. On weekdays, the property owner may be working between approximately 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. in a separate, private shop and office located behind the cottage. The building does not share any guest spaces with the cottage, though you may occasionally see his vehicle using the shared driveway. He will fully respect your privacy and will not access the cottage or your designated guest areas during your stay.
