Anniversary Celebration

We had a perfect stay at the Bolinda Beach House! The house is beautifully decorated; the view is spectacular; and the location is wonderful. We highly recommend staying at this lovely home on the water.

Marine oasis

What a wonderful stay we had at this cozy, well appointed home in the beautiful, small coastal town of Bolinas. Watching the bird and sea life right outside your window was spectacular! The beds are comfortable and was perfect for our family of four and grandma too. The proximity to downtown and beautiful local trails gave us everything Bolinas had to offer right outside the doorstep - great food, local vegetables/fresh caught fish, live shows, fabulous picturesque hikes. Thanks for the pleasant stay! We can’t wait to come back.

Right on the water, 50 yards from the beach and surf! House and porch were amazing, and close to a grocery store and shops. Highly recommend 🙂

Amazing over water cottage walking distance to beaches and Bolinas restaurants

We had a great girls trip for the weekend, the house was cozy and comfortable, with a great deck and amazing views. The location is unbeatable! Highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Great rental for family into beach, surfing in a funky, charming, unpretentious, neighborhood environment. Fair rental costs but unexpectedly pricy cleaning fees, taxes and booking costs.

Perfect stay, most relaxing home

This has become our family's vacation getaway long weekend go-to home. It feels like a home, so cozy and comfy and the perfect location right on the lagoon over the water. You can watch the seals and birds all day swimming in and out, watch the ocean waves crashing, and eat meals in the indoor dining table with beautiful views or outdoor large table on the deck. We used the bbq for the first time this visit and it was perfect for some great, relaxing meals. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, there's plenty of bedding, towels (beach and bath), laundry, and water toys of kayaks and canoe. The beach is 10 second walk away. Low tide each day is the best because it's beautiful sandy beach with coves and tide pools and shells. We saw a starfish and sea anemones, and crabs, and clams as well as spent hours on beach blankets, flying a kite, sunning, and chasing around my son on the beautiful beach. We walk into Bolinas, about a 3-4 minute walk into town, for ice cream cones, a live band outside at Smiley's, and easy access to very cute little grocery stores. It's certainly a heavenly place and we can't wait to return soon.

Another wonderful stay here

Visited for the second time at this lovely property with my parents and child and it was so relaxing, fantastic location just a minute walk to the beach and a couple minutes walk into town. Right on the Bolinas lagoon with views of the inlet of the ocean and waves/surfers out in the ocean. The home is so comfy, sunny, restful, and well stocked. We can't wait to return again soon.

Amazing house!

This place is literally over the water. There are panoramic views of the beach, lagoon, and mountains. You see a ton of wildlife from the deck - lots of seals and birds. It is just a few steps from the beach. I enjoyed taking out the stand up paddle board and exploring the lagoon.

Relaxing & cozy, and fantastic location

I spent a beautiful, relaxing week at this lovely home with my young son and my parents in August. The house is one in from the beach, and the road ends at the beach and about a 3-5 minute walk in the other direction and you're in the town of Bolinas for a cute cafe and shops and small grocery store. The house is right on the lagoon, over the water, so all day you can watch the pelicans, gulls, changing tides going in and out, and the ocean waves out past the lagoon. The house is perfectly outfitted with everything you'd need for a stay and is very clean and tidy and with very comfortable couches, beds, etc. There are 3 bedrooms all upstairs from the main floor and they all share 1 bathroom with large tub, shower, two sinks, and walk in closet. The 1st bedroom with king bed and the prettiest corner window seat that my son and I loved sitting in to read and watch the water. I could also easily fit his travel crib in the room. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and a fireplace and deck with chairs. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed that is very sturdy and the bottom bunk seemed very roomy. There was good internet at the house but I chose to disconnect and the house was the perfect place for it. There are kayaks, paddle boards etc. for your use and a 2 car garage (for 2 cars not suv size). I've already booked another week this fall because we loved it so much.
