Profitez de la paix et la tranquillitĂ© de la lagune. Regardez la plongĂ©e pĂ©licans, les phoques batifolent, le balbuzard pĂȘcheur planer en marĂ©e descendante et coule directement sous le pont. Jouer dans le sable et vagues de l'ocĂ©an (accĂšs direct au lagon depuis le pont), ramasser des coquillages sur la plage ou en kayak (kayak et canot fourni) avec les phoques dans la lagune.

RandonnĂ©e ou Ă  vĂ©lo dans la zone de loisirs nationale du Golden Gate Ă  proximitĂ© ou le long de la Bolinas Ridge dans le Mt. Tamalpais bassin versant. En quelques minutes, vous pouvez marcher jusqu'Ă  la ville et parcourir les diverses boutiques uniques Ă  Bolinas. We loved our stay at this cottage on the water in Bolinas. Even though it was pouring rain outside we were enjoying watching mother nature at work with fog, rain, sea lions, water birds and more. The location is perfectly located to easy trips to Pt Reyes and Stinson Beach and all of west Marin. Wood burning stove worked well to keep us snuggy.

Well, the Magical Cottage was indeed magical. Right at the mouth of the lagoon, you get a great sense of the power of the tides. Lot's of wonderful sea birds to watch as well as some curious seals coming to visit. The cottage was cozy and comfortable and the hosts were lovely and very responsive.

We loved this charming, homey cottage sitting right in the lagoon. It's a short walk to town for coffee, shopping or meals, but far enough away that it is peaceful. The wood burning stove was cozy and did a great job heating the place. The house is well stocked with everything one might need. There are kayaks to use, as well. There is one private bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The living room is large with a sleeper sofa and cozy window seating with great views of water and wildlife.

We loved staying at the Bolinas cottage: the view was fantastic, the location perfect for beach walks, and having kayaks and a canoe provided was an unexpected thrill for paddling about the bay!

Just perfect

We so enjoyed the seaside cottage. We were in great need of a peaceful family vacation weekend, and this was just the place. We found the town of Bolinas charming. The 4th of July community events were fabulous. We will be back!

Great vacation

The views from the property were so beautiful. Even though most days I was there, it rained I walked on the beach every day because it was so close, and the cottage was so comfortable. I hope to come again next year.

Great getaway

Had a great two night stay during our rainy stay. The house is right on the water and was very cozy and roomy. We kept warm with wood stove with plenty of wood.

Very comfortable home with beautiful view of the lagoon from inside and out. Owners were very quick to respond and very accommodating. Note there is only street parking and there are stairs to walk down to access the entrance. Loved the binoculars and birding info in the living room. Helped give us close ups of great herons, pelicans and harbor seals!

Beautiful Location & Feels Like Home

We had an amazing weekend watching sea life from the living room and deck of this amazing home. The location is unbeatable, the host is very welcoming, and the home feels like family beach house, which is perfect for a stay in Bolinas. Our only error was not staying longer. Looking forward to a return trip!

A naturalists haven

Truly a special place. We loved fishing off the deck, watching the herons nesting in the pine trees and saluting the seals as they swam by. The house was perfect and the town of Bolinas has everything - even a great organic store. I can't wait to get back there.

A gem of a cottage. Great location for town, beach, water use. Can launch onto sup board, kayak right from deck. Beautiful lagoon bustling with wildlife; a new look with each tide. Cottage is spacious and clean.

A Magical Stay!

I visited with a few girlfriends to celebrate a birthday. The property is absolutely wonderful, comfortable and in a terrific location - right on the water and only a couple of minutes into town or to the beach. The hosts were incredibly helpful and easy to work with. They even went above and beyond and started a fire for us on check in day. I can't recommend this property enough!

Magical Indeed

This lovely Cottage is warm, cozy, and unique. It sits over the water in the Bolinas lagoon which affords one the opportunities to watch the wildlife, including seals and multitudes of birds, to watch the tides change and to listen to the humming fish (look that one up). I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. I think it sums it up when I say that I actually cried when I had to leave.
