Directement sur la plage! Des fenĂȘtres surdimensionnĂ©es offrent une vue panoramique sur l'ocĂ©an depuis chaque piĂšce. Vous pouvez mĂȘme regarder les vagues dans le confort de votre lit. La cuisine, les salles Ă  manger et les espaces de vie du deuxiĂšme Ă©tage s'ouvrent tous sur le pont enveloppant, offrant une vue dans toutes les directions.
Une chambre principale spacieuse et une chambre d'amis supplémentaire sont au deuxiÚme étage, avec une salle de bain complÚte. En bas, un espace de vie supplémentaire est parfait pour les invités, avec deux espaces de couchage: une chambre formelle, un lit Queen dans l'espace commun, et une demi-baignoire et douche extérieure.
Les étages supérieurs et inférieurs ne sont pas reliés à l'intérieur, mais sont facilement accessibles par le double escalier juste à l'extérieur. AprÚs une journée complÚte sur la plage, réchauffez vos os dans le bain à remous ou installez-vous confortablement prÚs du foyer au bois. Grill à gaz. Chiens autorisés. Locataires apportant des animaux de compagnie: Frais supplémentaires pour chaque animal: 25 $ / nuit plafonnant à 150 $ par semaine pour les longs séjours, 50 $ de frais de nettoyage supplémentaires, 500 $ de dépÎt de garantie. Configuration des lits: 1 trÚs grand lit, 2 grands lits et 1 grand lit.

We had a family together and rented this house. The house is well-appointed. Clean and well-stocked. The ocean views are amazing.We had a great time. We played games, had barbecue, and wonderful walks on the beach!We'll be renting this house again!

House was on the beach, easy walk to town, two beds upstairs in main area of house w kitchen(gorgeous ocean view all around. We had our teen daughter and her friends take over the downstairs which is separate from upstairs, they loved having their own space, there are two queen beds and a couch. Hot tub was great too! We had a wonderful stay, highway one has got it down and makes in and out very easy.

As mentioned in many reviews, the view is phenomenal as you are, literally, right on the sand. You get priceless sunsets from the comfort of your large deck, complete with several chairs for taking it all in.The house was spotless, linens comfy and soft, the kitchen was fully equipped with every single thing we needed to make a family holiday meal. The wood-burning fireplace is the only "real" heat upstairs but warmed the place nicely and quickly. The upstairs layout was ideal for our family gathering...cozy and yet open at the same time. It was not ideal to NOT have interior, direct access to the downstairs but we knew the situation going in and were able to make it work with little nuisance factor. The only other negative a couple times was the smell of the holding tank when down on the lower outdoor space.Management was AMAZING. They responded immediately to any question and went out of their way several times to provide information in a timely manner. They even made a special trip to take pictures of everything the kitchen had so we could plan our holiday meal. Overall, it was a lovely home for a small family gathering and THE PERFECT house to enjoy the ocean and sunsets. We look forward to renting it again.

Wonderful beach weekend

Just got home from our lovely Stinson weekend and boy was it great! What a treat to arrive at a rental where it’s better in person than in the photos! Clean, stylish, comfortable. Stocked kitchen. Cozy fireplace. Awesome a wrap around deck. Quintessential beach house.

Its one of those houses that you need to experience...walk right outside your door into the sand....but careful not to get too much sand in the hot tub.

Family birthday

We had outstanding weather for our long weekend stay. (Three generations even went boogie boarding together one day). We enjoyed the outdoor spaces, the hot tub and the ease of walking to Parkside for coffee and a dinner out. Being right on the beach to watch incredible sunsets and being able to hear the waves crashing from our bedroom made for a perfect stay.

Best location for beach getaway!

We loved the house. Super nice to have upstairs and downstairs separate. Perfect orientation for ocean views and sunlight. I loved being in full view of the ocean vs behind a sand dune. We def would rent again.

Slightly slanted, older fixtures and such, but overall it was a good house for a week stay.The outdoor shower was clutch and same with the hot tub. We had a ball there as a family.

Stinson Beach Perfection

The most ideal weekend right on the sand. Breathtaking views from every inch, amazing open floor plan. We can't wait to come back again in the summer months. Place was exactly as described and check-in/check-out was effortless. 10/10 would recommend.
