Conveniently located by Downtown Buffalo and the airport. Our host, Dave was great. Check in just the right amount. The space is cozy and a great remodel. Would definitely stay again on my next visit to Buffalo.

Very nice property conveniently located near the places we planned to visit. Host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Parking was easy too.

The property was clean and spacious enough to accomodate the four of us. I probably wouldn't increase that number of guest.The home had Netflix which is rare for VRBO, it had absolutely EVERYTHING you need for a visit here, to include bath soap, conditioner, coffee and creamer, blow dryer, ironing board and a state of the art washer and dryer.The reason I gave some of the review as four star is that the pictures of some of the rooms were different than the actual space. I can imagine over time things change.I will probably book this home again in the spring and fall of next year if it's availabel.Dave was an EXCELLENT host from booking to check out. Very professional, helpful and kind.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The home was exactly as pictured—clean, well-maintained, and easy to find and access. It was also spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all nine of us. The host, David, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re visiting the area and looking for a place to stay, I would definitely recommend this home.

This was perfect for our family visit to Buffalo! The bedrooms were laid out nicely and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with coffee and other amenities. Definitely recommend for a weekend stay!

Small unit behind the main house. The two steps at entry were quite high. A challenge for senior citizens. Also a step down to two main bedrooms and a step down to tv room. Bedrooms on one side of the house were too warm and on the other side were in sync with A/C. Location was very convenient. But also close to less than desirable neighborhoods. We had everything we needed and host checked in to make sure we did. Would we stay there again? Probably not.

Hello Dan thanks for your review. We appreciate it. Thanks for being great guests. The ac vents were closed on the bedroom side in the review by the previous guests. Opening the register would have allowed the cool air to enter. We are located in the suburb/Buffalo border and have. We’ve had hundreds of guests and never had any crime or any incidents at our location. We do have a very small step down to our sitting room but not to those bedrooms. That’s all one level. Sorry for any inconvenience and thanks for your patronage.

Place was very clean and exactly as posted. It’s a remodeled garage but it’s laid out well and served our needs. The owner was even kind enough to call me when they thought I was locked out. It was a misunderstanding but such a kind gesture from them.

This is an excellent property. We were in Buffalo for a family reunion and this place allowed us to avoid the preferred hotel and relax.

It was very clean, and easy to enter the property. Adequate space for the 7 of us to stay and towels were provided for showering as well as anything we could have needed to cook if we chose to. Host was very easy to communicate with.

Very convenient to the airport into surrounding areas. We were there on a family vacation. Just a short 30-minute trip to Niagara falls. Host was great. Host was great, very accommodating and communicative.
