My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The home was exactly as pictured—clean, well-maintained, and easy to find and access. It was also spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all nine of us. The host, David, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re visiting the area and looking for a place to stay, I would definitely recommend this home.

This was perfect for our family visit to Buffalo! The bedrooms were laid out nicely and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with coffee and other amenities. Definitely recommend for a weekend stay!

It was very clean, and easy to enter the property. Adequate space for the 7 of us to stay and towels were provided for showering as well as anything we could have needed to cook if we chose to. Host was very easy to communicate with.

It was a beautiful place to stay with everything you needed. Small but plenty of space for a family of 6-8 for a few days. Having 3 bathrooms was very helpful. When we arrived we were surprised by the location. It is located in the back of a house, which is not described in the listing but again did workout OK.

Very convenient to the airport into surrounding areas. We were there on a family vacation. Just a short 30-minute trip to Niagara falls. Host was great. Host was great, very accommodating and communicative.

Weekend at Niagara Falls

The property was exactly as it was advertised. All the appliances worked. Check in/out was easy. I would stay here again if I'm ever in Buffalo.

Beautiful house

My wife, son and 2 other families stayed here while our kids were in a hockey tournament. The house was absolutely beautiful and clean. Quiet and easy access to the highway. Would absolutely rent it again

Great property and great location

Our second time staying at the property. Quiet neighborhood. The condition and amenities are terrific. The location is great as you can easily get downtown in 10 minutes, Niagara Falls in 20 minutes, or head up into historic Williamsville in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

This place was perfect for my family of six. My wife and four children had an excellent time in the Buffalo Niagara area. This place was perfect for us to stay. It had the perfect amount of rooms and bathroom. It is in a safe location. It is conveniently located to the major attractions, specifically Niagara Falls and very close to the airport. I highly recommend!

Perfect little hideaway!

Such a nice place to stop in quick and rest up! Even if your group is large this property will accommodate. Its a bit tight but it still worked out perfectly at full capacity 14 people!

Great stay near Buffalo

Great set up for a decent sized group using this as a base to explore the area. My family enjoyed the property. There were a number of ants we had to take care of on that initial night, but I didn't notice them any more after that. But the property is great, I'd give the experience a 9/10.
