No parties, unauthorized events, or disruptive gatherings are permitted. No smoking inside the home, and pets are not allowed.
If you’re visiting Buffalo for a wedding, graduation, family gathering, sporting event, or other celebration elsewhere in the area, you’re very welcome to stay here — the event itself simply cannot be hosted at the property.
