The location was great and the view from beautiful! The condo was clean and parking for boats is another plus! The host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Hope you love like stairs

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Elevator doesn't work and nobody seems to care. Stairs are dark and narrow.

We loved this condo so much! One thing… the tv’s are a little outdated and the tv in the guest bedroom only plays dvds. There were some provided but not many kid-friendly movies. In the future I’ll pack some of my kids favorite dvds for them to be able to watch. Condo is so spacious and clean! Bring some laundry detergent because we did have to wash bath towels and wash cloths a couple of times. (One small sample pack was provided). We did utilize the rental credits for beach gear. It was so windy so we didn’t need the umbrellas we rented but the cart was great! We brought our own chairs, but could’ve rented nice ones as well! Highly recommend this place!

My kids and I just got back from staying at this condo, and everything was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect—beachfront with beautiful views, and the best part? The beaches weren’t crowded at all, which made it so relaxing and enjoyable. The pool area was also peaceful and never packed, which was a huge plus with kids.The condo itself was spotless and felt so comfortable and welcoming. It had everything we needed and was in such a convenient spot—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. We had a great time and would absolutely stay again!

Fantastic condo

We loved our stay here. The condo is nicer than the pictures! Fully stocked kitchen for cooking, great ocean views, nice pool and hot tub - everything you need for a relaxing vacation at the beach. Great hosts and great communication.

First Time Visitors

Loved the Cape and this was a great place to stay, the surf didn't cooperate as we were under a red flag our entire stay, but that didn't detract from our lodging, which was practically perfect!

Wonderful Property in a great location!

Love the property location. The view from our balcony was fabulous! Interior has a very nice layout. However, some furnishings (mattresses, living room furniture) are tired and need replacing. Overall, great trip!

Wonderful Place

Condo was wonderful! We love Port St Joe and Cape San Blas and hate that our trip was cut short due to Hurricane Helene. Would definitely love to stay at this condo again! Communication was great. Couldn’t have asked for better!
