Had a wonderful time at Jake and Erin’s property!

Their home were very spacious, had lots of rooms to choose from since we only had 8 guests. They were very friendly, extremely responsive and helpful in providing information. I had so much questions & requests and they were very accommodating. When I had a hard time working the thermostat they immediately had someone come in to assist. Neighborhood area were very peaceful.

Great home, so clean and tidy.

The themed rooms for the kids were so cool and unique, not to mention the game room! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils and the ice machine worked great in the fridge. Outside space was perfect! We grilled out and enjoyed the patio and pool. We loved the hot tub to end the busy day.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this house in Orlando, and I can't say enough good things about it!

From the moment we booked, the communication with the property manager was outstanding. They were responsive and helpful, making the check-in process seamless. The home itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. It provided all the comforts we could ask for. We truly enjoyed the amazing facilities, especially the pool and jacuzzi, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the Solara Resort gym and pool were fantastic! We took full advantage of both during our stay. Everything was well-maintained and enjoyable. I can’t wait to return next year for another wonderful vacation. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Orlando! Worth every penny!

Family Vacation

We had a great time on our family vacation. The house was as advertised, and was well stocked with more than enough towels and supplies. I had to reach out due to a small issue with the hot tub and the response was quick and the issue was quickly resolved. Great service!

Just okay

Towels smelled like old cologne, cleanliness of house was just okay. Beds were super uncomfortable. The all sank in the middle of the bed and you could feel the springs. The absolute worst beds I’ve ever slept in. There was a hole in my bathroom door that was patched and the shower door didn’t close. Back door wouldn’t lock. The fridge stunk pretty bad.

Perfect home for our large family vacation! ★★★★★

We had a wonderful two-week stay in this spacious home with our family of 14. The house comfortably accommodated everyone, and the surrounding area was delightful. Our host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, being both helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The property provided an excellent base for our Orlando adventures. Would definitely recommend for large family gatherings!

Hurricane Milton Safe Haven!

We fled here from Tampa during Hurricane Milton and so glad we did. No large trees in the neighborhood and underground power lines. The power didn’t even blip when a cat 1 hurricane went over us. On top of that: the house is huge, spacious, well laid out, and well maintained. The pool, game room, and pool table offered the kids endless entertainment. We will definitely stay again under better circumstances!! Thank so much for a great stay

Perfect Family Getaway!

This was an excellent rental for our large group of family friends. Plenty of large open spaces, enough bedrooms with private bathrooms. Having a second living area upstairs where the kids could hang out was heavily utilized. Pool and arcade rooms were a big hit especially for the kids. House was clean and organized upon arrival. Access to the resort amenities was awesome! We spent several hours every day there. Would recommend this rental to anyone staying in the Orlando area!

Lovely family holiday

We really enjoyed staying at the big top villa. So much space for our large family, well furnished and decorated to a high standard. The location was great, very close to all parks. We had great service from the minute we booked the villa to the end. If we had any questions or issues we had a reply straight away. Just as pictured and more. We felt right at home and it was in pristine condition. Easy to access, plenty of space for family and friends, great entertainment areas, plenty of linens & extras. Everything you need. Nothing left for us to desire. Games too and the carnival room was super cool! The home is also located in a quiet area, but just minutes from so many things, Disney, parks, dining, Old Town, so so much to do! The community pool is awesome for everyone, Stellar gym, also on site restaurant and surfing! I am so happy we came. We will be back. The hosts are also amazing, thank you for everything!

You might wonder how a Utah family ended up owning a vacation home in Orlando. The answer is simple: we fell in love with the area. Over the years, we’ve visited Orlando many times and discovered it’s about so much more than just the theme parks — it’s the atmosphere, the joy, and the memories made together.

Our connection to Orlando became especially meaningful during our daughter’s Make-A-Wish trip, when we stayed at Give Kids the World Village. That experience was truly life-changing for our family and helped make Orlando one of our most cherished destinations.

Because we return so often, we decided to purchase a vacation home of our own — and since we can’t be there year-round, we’re thrilled to share it with guests who want to experience the same magic, comfort, and togetherness that keeps bringing us back.
