Curb appeal is lacking, non inviting. Expected the lawn to be mowed, some outdoor flowers, the patio to be power wash. Tree on the back side of the shed seems to be filled with poison ivy-not safe if anyone has children.The side entry/laundry area has a smell that seems to be masted.The piano is so out of tuned that it should be removed. The kitchen needs to be more fully equipped. No baking equipment, mixer, measuring cups/spoons, mixing or serving bowls.Really appreciated the provision of non carpeted floors and the bathroom upgrades including nice quality towels. Sheets were also nice
surprisingly the mattress pad was not requested to be stripped off the bed to be washed.

The place was ok. The floors were very dirty, the sheets would not stay on the bed and the area rugs were filthy. I tried sending emails through the system but they would not go through the website or app

Home base

This property is in a good location to get to just about everything quickly. The property manager was friendly and prompt with her responses. One drawback for us was the couch. It was very uncomfortable and the only television was in the living room. So after being out all day and us wanting to just relax made it difficult. If you are looking for a place to use a home base while you’re in Clarksville, this would be good choice.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to outdoor recreation and restaurants. Beautiful 3-bedroom home. Pet friendly. Love the musical theme throughout the house.

Perfect location, close to shopping, restaurants, gas station

The host was very efficient getting back with us. We were even able to check in early because we arrived in to town a couple hours earlier than we expected. The house was neat and clean easy to access. The only downfall was when I went to make coffee in the morning, there was no coffee pads for the Keurig And it did state coffee would be available for guest, but other than that, our stay was pleasant.

Happy stay

First experience not in a hotel. Close to my family had a good experience would definitely recommend this house. Next time I go to Clarksville I will stay there.

Christmas in Clarksville

Conveniently located, safe, clean, nice bed/bedding, met description/photos and as expected. Property manager worked with us through a check in issue with a door keypad malfunction to our final satisfaction. We understand no one can predict when something like that could happen and all turned out well.
